Jason is a CrossFit OG, CrossFit Seminar Staff, and affiliate owner whose background in wrestling and bodybuilding left him with some diet demons to reckon with. Roz was athletic throughout school and college, but like many of us, was constantly going on and off diets and trying to out-cardio her eating habits.
