One pound of frozen mushroom tempura
Two cups of brown rice
One cup of cooking oil
One cup of tempura sauce
Two cups of water Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Take a sauce pan.
2. Add the water into the pan.
3. Add the brown rice and cook well for about ten minutes.
4. Heat a frying pan.
5. Add the oil into the frying pan.
6. Cook the frozen tempura until golden brown.
7. Dish out when done.
8. Add brown rice into a bowl.
9. Add the prepared tempura and tempura sauce on top.

1.2 Zucchini and Marinated Cucumber Rice Bowl Recipe
Preparation Time: 20 minutes

One cup of boiled zucchini pieces
One chopped marinated cucumber

One cup of spicy mayo sauce
One cup of cucumber
Two tablespoons of pickled ginger

Two teaspoons of rice wine
One teaspoon of caster sugar
A quarter teaspoon of mirin paste
Black pepper Salt One tablespoon of chopped ginger
One tablespoon of light soy sauce
Half cup of finely chopped spring onions
Two teaspoons of sesame oil
Four teaspoons of dark soy sauce
Two cups of beef steak pieces
Two cups of rice
Two cups of water
Instructions:
1. Take a large pan.
2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the beef steak pieces in it.
3. Cook it until they become crispy and golden brown in color.
4. Add the chopped ginger into the pan.
