Twin Flames have this unspoken divine confidence sacred to the couple — you say so much to each other without verbal communication. You sense each other's feelings: You can anticipate his or her needs (this is why you feel fulfilled and completely understood by him or her). You can also read each other's thoughts. It feels as if you live inside each other. If you are going through a genuine twin flame connection, there are no words to explain how you feel.

I have learned that the best way to help a twin flame express their feelings is by staying in your authenticity — I know it sounds cheezy but it's true, you are mirror images. I felt isolated from the world as I knew it. I also realized that no matter my social status and level of success: money, power, greatness, and some level of happiness still left me deeply unsatisfied. I yearned for a deeper connection between myself and the world around me. I previously inhibited negative patterns and behaviors that hindered my growth. I rediscovered the authentic humanistic qualities that define me: creativity, freedom, forgiveness, awareness, acceptance, independence, and bravery. Once I found my authentic version as a Twin Flame, I gained more respect and acknowledgment of the uniqueness and sacredness of my humanity. My Healing Journey

I believe that I was also a toxic Twin Flame at the beginning of my journey. I had very many issues like insecurity, abandonment issues, fear, etc -- I was a moving human toxic bomb.

I did not know how deep-seated my issues were until I met him. Every emotion was amplified and magnified. I could not hide from my pain anymore.

I first blamed him for being the source of my fears and pain; I did not know about Twin Flames then. Then after that, I ran away because I was frustrated that even though I constantly blamed him, it did not heal my pain or help me feel better. I, later on, realized that I was the answer to my all problems.

We are continents apart; about 8 hours difference. Communication became estranged from the start when we separated. It is very challenging to express your Twin Flame feelings through the phone or email. So much truth gets lost in translation and it is very easy to misunderstand each other due to emotional hypersensitivity.

I told my Twin Flame that I get nervous every time I send him a text message because I know that I mess up somehow -- I am very bad at texting. I always re-draft my messages for hours before I send them to him. It is pure torture! I do not think that I will ever want to separate from him ever again once we meet. Even though I now feel happy by myself, I know that he is my home. Life can only feel complete with him by my side.

Union Realizations

These signs are real to me from experience:

1. You feel relaxed, unhurried, and trusting that everything will be alright. You have no fear that your Twin Flame will not return and instead, you focus on refining yourself to see him or her again because you do not want to be the reason for another separation cycle. If you felt like a reunion was out of reach before, you start wishing that you had more time to prepare yourself.

Whether you believe in a reunion or not, focus on being your authentic self; learn and get used to feeling authentic, and let it be your natural state.

2. You feel a shift in your connection; if you felt alone and abandoned by your Twin Flame before, you feel him or her attracting you through the heart space. You feel unceasing communion with each other -- the love connection flows unceasingly from their heart to yours.

3. Thirdly, if you have met your Twin Flame already, you feel a unified energetic vibration as you did from the bubble love phase. Your energy is colorful and vibrant.

Signs of Inner Union

You experience union every step of the way starting from the moment you open your heart to love unconditionally the moment you meet your Twin Flame.

You are active in the union and you are the main participant of your Spiritual process and also you reap the benefits of healing directly without the assistance of your Twin Flame. Your Twin Flame is just a teammate energetically.

With no doubt, you will learn to accept that you deserve unconditional love within yourself and you will realize that love exists in you already. Surrender will bring you here.

Merging happens on its own. At some point, everything will feel like it's working in your favor. Even if you're experiencing a tough Life moment, you will find ease in finding solutions to that particular challenge.

Your immunity to emotional pain will go up nothing will freak you out easily or shock you, you will have total personal control over yourself and your Life. You can feel the personal power growing as you keep working on yourself. The universe will just keep sending positive affirmations to you that you are doing a great every step of your Spiritual journey.

You will not crave, need or have the emotional attachment that you had at the beginning of awakening. You will feel so free to let your Love flow between you and your Twin Flame unconditionally. You will become love itself in every sense of it.
