I rediscovered the authentic humanistic qualities that define me: creativity, freedom, forgiveness, awareness, acceptance, independence, and bravery. Soul Healing Journey

The connection is healing. When the core wounds heal, you realize that it was for your good because you feel lighter, happier, and rejuvenated to live a much better life than before. The twin flame connection is healing because you feel empowered to dig deeper within to confront your pain and core wounding.

At first, when you are going through the initial phases of separation, you feel stressed, anxious, and frustrated because you seem to feel worse than before. Your old life disintegrates — and your new life situation becomes more chaotic. As time progresses, you grow an emotional muscle to face your pain and fears, insecurities and inner demons. As you clear your energy and heal your wounds, life falls back in place because your new energetic vibration aligns with your life situation. You eventually find inner harmony and balance.

Meeting a twin flame indeed changes your life forever. The changes you go through are alchemical — once the changes are triggered, there is no going back to your old life. Once you go through all the changes, you can barely recognize the person you have become. You also never realize how strong you are until you embrace all the changes with an open heart.
