GARBAGE DISPOSAL UNIT #8022 stopped at 11 a.m. just before the first lunch shift at Descansar space station. A disaster, because it was the one at the food court with the most guests. With a broken garbage disposal unit, they would force down the garbage to get rid of it, which would make it so much harder to fix. Last time it happened, it had taken Irena a whole week to sort out.

As head of the recycling facility, it was her responsibility to make sure everything
