LOST FRIENDS LOST LOVES
The trial on the space station Descansar had been the biggest travesty of justice ever experienced in a civilized world. It had started calmly enough, but when more and more conspirators had been revealed, it had turned into something dark and sinister. The restaurant that had been transformed into a courtroom was filled with accusations, lies, and, most of all, fear.
It wasn’t the first attempt to destroy the space station. And probably not the last, but it was hitherto the most widespread one. And what made emotions run wild was the haphazard discovery of the plot. Just a chance encounter that had revealed it all.
When the trial was at its peak, the then-elected Mayor left his seat among the audience and took the stand
