About this ebook

In today’s society, many believers have become indoctrinated by evil, narcissistic leaders. Believers must be able to identify these impostors.

Operation Rescue is a mission totally inspired by The Holy Spirit. It speaks to the fact that within what is supposed to be “the church of God,” there are many leaders who are neither chosen nor called to be leaders, yet they have wormed themselves in and are entrusted with leadership positions, to the disadvantage of believers.

Servant of the Lord PJ Adair, calls upon sincere and true leaders to remain steadfast, resilient, and unmovable, refusing to be misled or brainwashed by false leaders with hidden agendas. She encourages believers to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God; to be vigilant, always on guard; and to abide in the Word, testing the spirits to see if they are of God.

Adair sites examples of unfavorable scenarios currently existing within some churches and presents biblical directives on how to overcome them. God-fearing leaders are challenged to embark on the greatest rescue mission of all time, being unwavering and steadfast as the prophets of old, in a bid to rescue those in imminent danger, who remain unaware of their fate as a result of false teaching.

If ever I should write one book that neither inspires nor leads persons to embrace a lifestyle of holiness and righteousness, then that writing would be in vain! (Adair)

    Introduction

There are souls to be rescued; there are souls to be saved! Now more than ever, people are dying in their trespasses and sins. When we hear a statement like the one opening this introduction, immediately we think about those who have never yielded to God, or of the backsliders. But what of a bigger group that is lost and wandering? Many of whom, desire to come to the knowledge of the truth but have been subtly led astray; and what of those who are responsible for leading those persons astray? This group, is typical of the one spoken about or described when the word of the Lord came to Babylon through Jeremiah the prophet, in Jeremiah 50:6a "My people have been lost sheep, their shepherds have led them astray and caused them to roam on the mountains." This passage of scripture is reflective of many who stream into places of worship on Saturday or Sunday mornings, and other occasions as necessary. Who will rescue this lot? or To whom does the job of rescuing this lot (really) belong?

This book was inspired to evoke thought and encourage prompt action on the part of true and sincere shepherds, who are not only desirous of, but committed to carrying out the job entrusted to them by the Shepherd-Bishop (Jesus Christ) to its fullest. Prompt action is also encouraged on the part of every member of a flock, being misled by their shepherd and are therefore in grave danger.

There is certainly no group of persons that is harder to be converted than the members of a misled flock, led by a shepherd who happens to be heading in the wrong direction. This group consists perhaps of millions, scattered worldwide, whether under a tree or tent, in a shanty or dingy building, or even gathered in a great edifice somewhere— anywhere— but lost, and are in need of being rescued. Many persons within this group go to church religiously, believing their religiosity will take them straight to heaven; having become brainwashed and misled, they eventually move towards becoming very complacent. Whenever a congregation has been fed the wrong diet for years and has become so very used to the taste of unhealthy food, it becomes nonchalant about the results— even in the face of being malnourished or obese.

If I were to borrow the terminology from the Apostle Paul, recorded in Galatians 4 verse 11- I fear for you… Like the church at Galatia, many within our churches often appear quite zealous, engaging in various aspects of church activities however, if the truth is to be told they are dying, some already dead! Jude a servant of The Lord, describes them as being …twice dead. (Jude 12b)

Who will face the task of bringing the evil leaders to book? Who will see the wrong being done to the laity, and call it out to be what it (really) is?Wrong!’ It is almost a question of ‘who will bell the cat?’ and not one mouse would, even though their lives were at stake and the belling of the cat would result in safety for ‘the nest’— all were overcome by fear, having no backbone, having no guts!

We live in a time, which reflects the existence of a culture of cowardice or otherwise stated, a time in which many persons are overcome with great measures of fear! Let us listen for a moment to what The Apostle Paul said to Timothy in the following passage.

For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline. (2 Tim. 1:7)

Paul desired that Timothy would remain strong in the genuine faith that God has given him and which he also received through the genes of his grandmother, Lois. When this faith was ‘stirred up,’ it would make Timothy bold in sharing his testimony.

It is important to note that the Prophets Ezekiel, Jeremiah, and Peter The Apostle to name a few, all had sound minds, and were therefore able to flow in the mind of Christ, declaring boldly to the shepherds and leaders, … thus saith the Lord! The children of God need to be aware, that a sound mind is necessary to stand up and declare God’s truth with boldness!

This happens to be my bold moment and would not have been possible had I fallen prey to a particular situation that presented itself years ago— a situation, like the one mentioned by Jeremiah in the theme passage. I thank God for the rescuing hand of the Shepherd Bishop of my soul, who through some extraordinary circumstances, sent his words to me telling me to get out of the situation, forcing me—when in denial— to move on. I was shown by way of a vision, that he had some great things for me to do, by which man will be saved. One of such ‘great things’ happens to be this book you are holding in your hands. If ever there was a case of good coming out of a bad experience, this is it!

I won’t say much about my experience (not in this book, not at this time); I must write just what the Spirit says, and
