Si l'estrès fa que estiguis ansiós, tens i preocupat, considera practicar meditació. Dedicar encara que només sigui uns minuts a la meditació pot ajudar a recuperar la teva calma i la pau interior.
Qualsevol persona pot meditar. És una activitat simple i econòmica, que no requereix cap equip especial.
