There are thousands of studies that have shown mindfulness meditation can positively impact mental and physical health. Meditation is a mind-body practice that offers many health benefits that include relief from stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, to name a few.  We all know we would benefit from meditation. How can we make it a habit?  How to do it daily?  Commit to just a few minutes to start at day. Start simply.  Pick a time and trigger.  Don’t stress if your mind wonders, bring it back.  Meditation is like training a muscle.  Training yourself to focus.  So long as you find new ways to come back to meditation.  Explore the process of habit formation.  Make a plan, what makes it stick.  Set implementation intention.  Create a system.  Every time you practice you will be forming a new habit.
