Security requires authenticity and honesty, hence why people with insecurities find it hard to look at themselves in the mirror. So why would someone stand in front of a mirror if it’s a constant reminder of their need to confront their insecurities?

    Fighting doesn’t honor your anger, it is how you deal with the fight that does.

    Your efforts don’t showcase who you are, you are the showcase.

    When you know you’re fragile inside, you’ll do anything in your power to keep yourself from breaking.

    When you free them from the cage of your expectations, you’re free.

    Someone could have approved of you long ago, yet you still think you are in need of their approval presently.

    You don’t want control. You want the ability to trust that you know when you have the control.

    Think of traffic, and why it occurs. If every person were holding themselves individually accountable and address their own sense of responsibility and autonomy, there would not be disruption and a cycle of issues. If every person driving their car went the speed limit, there would not be traffic. Think about it. Having a secure sense of initiative, will allow you to not have to react, because you’re mindful
