With peer pressure, we can believe we will never amount to much, let alone run our empire. You know, the tall poppy syndrome, stick out from the crowd and be targeted for the chop.

It doesn't matter where you live in the World, the principles of running a successful business enterprise are the same. Modern technology gives us AI to expand our imagination.

Everywhere we look, we see mediocrity and sameness in the business world. Is that you?

One of our main faults as business owners is that we do not stand back from our business and view it from a customer's perspective.

Put yourself in your customer's shoes. Ask yourself, if I were that customer, would I buy from that business?

Are the premises clean and tidy?

Is the stock looking neat or are parts of it dishevelled?

Do I receive a friendly, welcoming disposition from the TEAM MEMBERS?
