What if I could help you get to a place where you have control over your panic attacks instead of them having control over you?

Wouldn’t that be worth a little bit of your time & money? I promise that you will be able to make it through this book in around half an hour. Let’s face it, drug companies have spent millions convincing us to take antidepressants & other drugs which take weeks to even reach a therapeutic dose (& don’t even get me started on the side effects). So why not invest a little money & a half hour of your life in something that will change things for the better permanently. Even if you don’t suffer panic attacks; wouldn’t it be nice to be able to help that friend, customer or loved one who does?
But why should you listen to me for goodness’ sake? What makes me more credible than the next head shrinking quack in line for your money?
Well for one thing I am a qualified professional (Occupational Therapist). For another, I have had a successful career in mental health spanning more than twenty years. I have worked in A&E, in locked psychiatric units, on hospital wards, in community mental health & in day hospital units. I have a proven track record in helping all sorts of different people get over their mental health issues including panic attacks.
