More than that, I overcame personal vices, bidding goodbye to alcohol, smoking, vaping, and caffeine. This wasn't merely a physical transformation, but a complete lifestyle overhaul impacting my mental and emotional health significantly. While I'm not a professional athlete or an elite runner, I've walked (or rather, run) the path of transforming one's health and lifestyle.
