I resonated with most of the chapters as I don’t feel enough and it made me realise that is due to conditioning when younger and also comparisons and opinions of others. I will look into the pain frequency as this was a new concept for me to research further.

There are many ways in which this book has found you. The heavy energies of the Earth plane. Inside a deep knowing you do not belong here. The falseness of this world can make you cringe inside. You really do not like life here on Earth.
Many readers will be at their wit’s end, feeling their existence is pointless, meaningless. Trapped and frustrated by the controlling systems here on Earth. You may have had many failures in your life. Losses, deaths, seemingly no end to this misery. Are you becoming rebellious, a prisoner to yourself? Or maybe you’re tired of all the endless talking.
Whatever your life conditioning is that’s your gift to freedom. Healing and releasing this conditioned pain will set you free from the Earth energies that create so much pain in your body.
This book has found you like a crystal does; you are ready to heal your body and mind. Feelings shall arise as you read the chapters and routines. Some of these feelings shall be pleasant and others unpleasant. The book is doing its work; the undoing has started – you’re becoming your own healer.
As you read the words, talk to your body and become aware of your breathing. Your body is what fuels your thinking.
If this book is to be understood through thought, it will be misinterpreted. Your mind will judge the words from your conditioned past, labelled to your belief system. These are just words on a page to your conditioned mind.
Being in your body and paying attention to what arises inside yourself is essential throughout reading this book. It is a guide for healing your body and mind, learning to love yourself, self-realisation and becoming whole within. Feeling peace as you read, a change internally in you, you are seeing the world differently. The body is healing and you’re dissolving your conditioned past.
If you’re conscious, that is a miracle itself. That is awakening; you are aware of your thoughts and emotions. You may be stuck with these emotions and wonder how to deal with these repetitive inner cycles.
We run away from our emotions and pain by watching TV, internet, glued to our mobiles, shopping, eating, drinking arguments, etc.
Most of this human activity is because we don’t feel enough, or we are looking for something or someone to fill our inner lack to cover up our pain. We only feel better for a short time.
There are simple exercises to follow to move into the pain and release it. How the body works is very simple. What’s complicated is the conditioned mind, ‘the world’ with its wanting and needing. The mind is full of problems, expectations and pressure. Usually, this is from outside forces.
Sit alone with the book. Breathe as you read. Focus your attention more on your breathing as it goes through your body. Let the words talk to your body. The breath is the healer of your body and mind.
Your current energy body has been with you for how long? Your whole life. Be gentle with yourself. If you feel broken, your head is in your hands, you are ready to heal.
Change your energy, you change your life. You are ready to be free.

Chapter One
Becoming Friends With Yourself
The core wound in almost every human being is they do not feel enough on the inside. This wound plays out in many different aspects of our lives.
Look at yourself in the mirror – what is your relationship with yourself? Do you like yourself, your voice, your appearance, photos of you, your wonderful body you’ve been given to experience life on Earth? Most people do not like their body. The body senses this; it feels the way you look at it and the words you say to yourself.
Are you more concerned with what others think about you or are you looking at them to fill your inner lack wanting attention?
Thousands of people are having cosmetic surgery to improve self-esteem, to fit in this world, to gain approval from others, acceptance by friends, work colleagues, partners. It’s no wonder we don’t feel enough with social media pressure to look perfect.
The root of all our pain and suffering is not feeling enough on the inside. When you start to heal your core wounds, you begin to feel whole; a feeling of nothingness, emptiness starts emerging in you. This is your inwards journey to freedom and self-love.
Why am I concerned about what people think about me?
Most people are walking around not feeling enough. Millions of energy exchanges are happening daily. Even looking at another human being is a trigger and an energy exchange. The mind compulsively labels other humans from the energy trigger within us. Many people like attention on them; they do not feel enough, so the mind is craving attention from others. Observe this within yourself. Your body is waiting for your own love.
Your mind may trick you into believing fulfilment is in another person or if I do this or that, I’ll find happiness. Your inner world is absent of self-love with this conditioned pattern within.
I’ve met a few people who do feel enough. Standing next to them was so peaceful. The interaction was beautiful; there was no wanting or needing from them. They were whole. This energy exchange is true love and a beautiful experience.
See what happens when you direct your attention to your stomach and begin to love your pain. You may not even detect this; it’s so normal to be walking around with your insides churning, contracting, your mind constantly sabotaged by fear and anxiety about the future.
See how at one you feel when you love your body. Nobody is concerned with what you’re doing; most people are self-absorbed in their ego and their own day-to-day tasks in this busy world.
Social media, people-watching
The mind loves people-watching, analysing humans and things. This is the wound re-energising itself into the mind. You don’t feel enough so it’s energising the mind through comparison, regaining its momentum to feel better. Observe this within yourself. This is a great time to move into the wound. Do you have to make your point a bit too often? Putting the world, and others, right. You don’t feel enough, so everything in your world is not right at this time; this can lead to inner lack in your experience.
This inner lack energy cycle projects into putting others down; your own world isn’t right, so you put their world down. The wound is so deep-seated in our psyche. Observe this within yourself or when it happens to you. You may be working outside and it’s raining. Someone says, Not a very good day to do that job, is it.
A put-down. This makes them feel better, enough, glad they’re not doing it. Compassion in disguise. When you are whole, you go beyond this false enhancement, the reactive self. Witness it in yourself when you do it. Observe the mind, how it can self-sabotage you after the energy exchange has passed. Love yourself unconditionally.
