    ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

To write a book on Health is a huge project that requires the assistance and collaboration of a distinguished team. I cannot put down the imposing list of all those who have helped me.  I am afraid I may run the risk of omitting a few names. Nevertheless, I must state that this book is made possible because of the contribution of many people.  I want to thank them all whether they read the manuscript, or made very important suggestions or provided precious ideas and advices. I am indebted to all of them.

I would like to express my special gratitude to all of them.

This Book is dedicated to all of these contributors, and the readers who are committed to learning and making changes to improve their health. I tip my hat to you all.
