    VOLUME I

    Chapter One

    The Existence of God

The Scripture revealed that: In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters (Genesis 1:1-2) The Scripture tells us the Pre-existing of God in creation. The Almighty God decided to bring something new into existence. In the beginning emphatically brought and draw our attention to the fact and the reality existing of God and all his creations; to the addition of the original creation such as from one planet to the end of all planets which is Pluto Planet. The creation of the earth only came from God, no other gods; all other goods are created beings. The Spirit of God is always with God, and he is the giver of life, who proceeded from the Father and the Son, with the Father and the Son he was glorified and worship. Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit forever one God has always existed before he decided to create the universe.

There is no other God besides Him; he only is the creator of the earth and everything that exists in it. When the Scripture speaks about God’s creation, the Scripture emphasizes about what was already exist, already there, which is occurring forever in cycles; just as the Scripture is telling us now that there is going to be a new heaven and a new earth; when he is ready, he will make a new order; and this earth will be no more. God will exhibit his occurring power in creation again. The Scripture reveals the history in a linear way, with a God given goal. God always have a plan in creation, that he alone is the one that can carry it out at his time. There is never a moment when God did not exist. Therefore, since God is the source of all creations of things that exists in heaven and in this earth, we human being are not self -existence, we owed our being and continuance to God. All human life existence is good, if it is from God, related rightly to God and dependent on Him.

All life and all creations can be eternally meaningful and as well as purposeful, if we depend on Him, our creator. God Almighty has sovereign rights over all creation by virtues of being our creator. The earth was formless and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters, tells us how God used the Holy Spirit from the beginning of creation and the assigned role of the Holy Spirit is to move on the face of the earth.

God has a specific reason for creating this universe and all other planets: (1) God created the heavens and the earth as a manifestation of his great glory, his wisdom, his mercy, his love and his power.

    (2) God created the heavens and the earth in order to receive back the glory and honor that is due to Him. For example, all the Nature and Elements such as Sun, Moon, Snow, Rivers, Rain, Forest, Trees, Streams, Oceans and Mountains, Rocks, Animals, Birds of the Air; they all shouts and Roar giving praises to God the Almighty who created them. If all the Mountains, Stars, Sun and Animals, Flying Birds are shouting praises to the Lord God Almighty. How much more we human being; that he gave us his Spirit; he breath on us the breath of life.

God created the earth in order to provide a place where his divine purpose and goals for human being could be fulfilled. The Scripture revealed The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands O Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth The Scripture continues: All who worship images are put to shames, those who boast in Idols worship Him, all you gods, Zion hears and rejoices and the villages of Judah are glad because of your judgments, O’ Lord You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands" (Psalm 19:1;8:1;98:7-8; Isaiah 55:12) God created Adam and Eve in his own image so that they could have good loving relationship, personal relationship from this earth to eternity with Him. God created human being as a triune being which consisted of spirit, soul and body; which means human being possess mind, emotion and they have free will with which they can respond to God freely to worship Him and to serve Him as Lord with faith, loyalty and with gratitude. God desire intimate relationship with the human being which he created. Satan tempted Adam and Eve and they disobey God’s command and God promised to send a Savior to redeem human race from their sin, so that God will have a people for his own possession who will enjoy Him, glorify Him, as well as live before Him in righteousness and in holiness.

The Scripture says: And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God Himself will be with them and be their God (Revelation 21:3) God created all things in heaven and in the earth, this is exclusively an activity that only God Almighty can do; which means that at a specific moments God called into being matter and all substance that have no prior existence, the earth was formless; it was empty of all the living creatures and there was darkness, no light at all. God Almighty created light first in order to disperse and dispel the darkness, he then gave form to the earth and filled it up with all the living things with the power of his word. God spoke the heaven and the earth to existence. The entire trinity, not the Father alone; had a role in the work of the creation. The Son Himself is the powerful word through whom God the Father created all things. Jesus Christ is the one and only the eternal word of God. The Scripture revealed In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the Word was God. he was with God in the beginning. Through Him all things were made; without Him nothing was made that has been made(john 1:1-3) Apostle Paul said: through Jesus Christ all things were created by Him and for Him (Colossians 1:16) In the books of Hebrews; the Scripture says: By his Son God made the Universe (Hebrews 1:2) Also the Holy Spirit had an active role in the work of God’s creation, hovering over the creation, preserving and preparing it for God’s daily creative activity. The Holy Spirit continues to be active in sustaining God’s creations up till today.

The Scripture says: But you, O’ Lord, sit enthroned forever; your renown endures through all generations (Psalm 102:12) For you alone are our God, there is no other God beside you; and you alone are the creator - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit forever one God. Same way when we give our life to God, the first things he always does is to dispersed all the darkness in our heart, mind and soul and make his light to shine in our hearts. God desired to be our God is the greatest promise of God in the Scripture. Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the earth and the world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God. (Psalm 90:2) This verse in the Scripture refers to God’s eternal existence, having no beginning and no end. God is the everlasting God. God knows the past as past and he knows the present as the present, and the future as the future. Let those who trust you have rest in you Lord God Almighty God Almighty brought up and chose the nation of Israel bring it to existence in order to reveal Himself; God decided to create a Universe, before then the Spirit of God was hovering over the Universe.

    Summary

The world is like a great house, which consists of upper and lower stories, the magnificent structure; uniform and convenient, and every room was well, and wisely furnished. The heavens are beautiful to the eyes with glorious Lamps which garnish the outside of the creation, which is within relished with glorious beings which are out of sight. In the visible world; it is very easy to study great variety, which is vastly differing in nature and in constitution from each other. Great beauties of the earth are charming to the eye of the spectator. Transcendent the beauty of the creator. Believers must look at the work of nature, how they all appeared with great power. The earth consists of magnificent magnetic power which mutually dependence of beings, full of good harmony of motions as well as an admirable chain of connections of great mystery. Nothing to be compared to the beauty of heaven and earth we must know that this is the external power and Godhead of the great creator.

The Responsibility of all the believing Christians is always at all times keep heaven in our eye and the earth under our feet. God’s power in the creation of the universe, and his strength can bring all things out of nothing. Things we see and out of things unseen, God has the power to bring finite things out of infinite. Believing Christians must study the plurality of God persons in the Godhead, Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. This name of God, which speaks of Him as though he is one, in which our faith is confirming our faith in the trinity, which though darkly, intimated in the Old Testament, is revealed clearly in the New Testament. The Scripture revealed In the beginning was the word The Word of God is God, apostle John stated that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son, the Word conceived and the Word uttered. The Word conceived is the thought, is the first and only the product and conception of human soul. Therefore, the second person in the trinity is called the Word; God spoke Him to being as he spoke the earth to existent.

There is nothing we are sure of than what we think, yet nothing we are move in the dark about than how we think. Therefore, then the generations of the people on earth and their births of eternal mind may well be allowed to be the greatest mysteries of godliness, the bottom of which we cannot understand, while we adore the depth of his righteousness. There is uttered Word, which is speech, the most natural indication of the mind. Therefore, Jesus Christ is the Word for by Him God has now spoken to all the people on earth. Jesus Christ has made known the Father’s mind to the humanity as a man’s Word or Speech makes known his thoughts. Jesus Christ existence in the beginning as Word, and the Word. God spoke Him to existence, and before all time; the world was from the beginning and the Word was from the beginning; the Word had a being before he had a beginning; Jesus Christ co-existence with the Father means the Word was with God. In respect of his essence and substance; and in respect of counsel and design - therefore, this grand of man’s reconciliation to God was concerted between the Father and the Son from eternity, Christ is the agency in the creation of the universe which is confirmed in the Scripture: All things were made by Him. he was with God active in all the divine operations of the Father in the beginning of the foundation of time. Without Him was not anything made that was made (John 1:1-3) God the Father did nothing without God the Son; the Son and the Father are together with the Holy Spirit. Christ is the light, light and life was in Christ, when God said let there be light he was referring to Jesus Christ to be the light of the world to started the work of creation. This proves clearly to all the Christian believers that Jesus Christ is God, he is the creator of the new life and it is also the creator of the beginning of creation, he is the author of the work of redemption and our salvation, the author of our new life in Him. God created the earth, he made it out of nothing, there was no pre-existent matter out of which the world was produced he created the world by his Almighty power. The God of nature does not subject to the Law of Nature". The earth was empty of all good things and it was full of darkness and the Spirit of God was the first to move - he move upon the face of the waters - which means that the Spirit of God begins to work and if he works, who, or what shall stop his work. God created the world by his Spirit; and by the same powerful work the new creation was founded.

If all is of Him, all must be to Him, the God we serve is worthy of all blessings and of all praises. God is a Sovereign Lord of all things; the creator of all things by an incontestable right, with God nothing is impossible, and therefore, happy are the people that put their trust on Him and have Him as their God, and Savior. The work of creation in its beginning gives the humanity the account of the first matter and the first mover. The matter is all also called the deep and also called the earth. The creator God Almighty has the power to make his work perfect from the beginning but he decided to make it a gradual proceeding; and also, in order to show his providence and his grace. The existence of God Almighty continues forever in heaven and on earth.

    Chapter Two

    The Names of God

God Almighty declared is name to Moses when Moses was tending the flocks of his father–in - law Jethro the Priest of Midian. The Scripture revealed: and he let the flock to the far side of the desert and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. There the angel of the Lord appeared to Him in flames of fire from with the bush. Moses saw that though the bush was on fire it did not burn up. So, Moses thought, I will go over and see this strange sight why the bush does not burn up. When the Lord saw that he had gone over to look, God called to Him from within the bush, Moses! Moses! and Moses said, here I am God said to Moses, I am who I am, this is what you are to say to the Israelites; I am has sent me to you" (Exodus 3:1-4) God almighty declared his name as I am who I am the Lord God gave Himself a personal name which also means Yahweh which also means God’s action. God wants Moses to know he wants to be known as the God who is present and active with his people. It is also the inherent name Yahweh the promise of the living presence of God Himself day by day with his people.

I am who I am expresses the faithfulness, love, mercy and care and his desire to redeem his people and live in fellowship with them. This name is also corresponding with the fundamental promise of the covenant: I will establish my covenant as an everlasting covenant between me and you and your descendants after you for the generations to come, to be your God and the God of your descendants after you (Genesis 17:7) This verse revealed when God gave his Abrahamic Covenant to Abraham and his descendants; to be our God is the greatest promise of God in the Scripture. Let those who trust you have rest in you Lord God Almighty. The first name of God in the Bible is God the creator of heaven and earth and all things that dwells in it. The Scripture revealed the second name of God as Lord God: When the Lord God made the earth and the heavens - and no Shrub of the field had yet appeared on the earth and no plant of the field had yet sprung up, for the Lord God had not sent rain on the earth and there was no man to work the ground (Genesis 2:4-5) The Lord God as the second name of God is the general name for God which emphasizing his greatness and power; the Lord is the personal and covenant name by which God reveals Himself to his own people. In the revelation of God’s covenant name, in his loving kindness, his redemptive concern for the human race, and his faithful presence with his people. When we mention the name of God as Lord God, we point to God as all-powerful creator who has entered into a caring loving covenant relationship with all human being. Lord God name of God stands forever.

We have another name of God as: God Almighty revealed in the Scripture: May God Almighty bless you and make you fruitful and increase your numbers until you become a community of people. May he give you and your descendants the blessing given to Abraham, so that you may take possession of the Land where you now live as an alien, the Land God gave to Abraham(Genesis 28:4) God Almighty is the God of blessings nothing beyond his reach, he is the Almighty who have the mighty power in his hands. The Blessings that God gave to Abraham is the Land; in the New Testament God Almighty are all those who believe in Jesus Christ the Holy Spirit rather than material things like gold or diamond and Land. he redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham mighty come to the Gentiles through Jesus Christ, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit (Galatian 3:14) Believers were redeemed from the sin nature and the Law we receive the blessing of Abraham through Jesus Christ as a result, we can now receive the promise of the Holy Spirit by faith with the life of Jesus Christ and with his power in our lives without the Law, because with the Law no one can be saved and with Law no one can live a perfect life that God required.

The name of God also called the Lord of Hosts: This is what the Lord says - Israel’s King and Redeemer, the Lord Almighty: I am the first and I am the last, apart from me there is no God (Isaiah 44:6) God almighty the Lord of Host declared his name to the people of Israel because he does not want them to compare Him to Idols and all material substances the people are praying to instead of praying to the true God. Up till today some people still worship all God’s creations instead of worshiping the creator who lives forever more.

God also called the Sovereign Lord: The Scripture revealed: Which God will bring about in his own time - God, the blessed and only the Kings of Kings and Lords of lords (1st Timothy 6:15) God is different and he is sovereign independent from his creation - whether human being, angles, spirits, or physical or material things. God is immortal; he alone is immortal and he lives in unapproachable light, the Scripture says: "whom no one has seen or can see unto Him be honor and glory and might forever amen (emphasis mine) God dwells in perfect and pure existence far above all his creations. God must never be placed on the same level with human being or with any other things that he created.

We will always be God’s creation and we must depend upon Him as the creator now and even in the ages to come. God is a Spirit: the Scripture says: God is Spirit, and his worshipers must worship in Spirit and in Truth (John 4:24) we must worship God with our spirit, soul and body, worship in the spirit and in truth. Jesus Christ teaches believers an important word of God in this Scripture: The Spirit point to the level at which true worship appears. Believers must come to God in complete sincerity and with the Spirit that directed by the life of the Holy Spirit. Truth is one of the important characteristics of God incarnate in Jesus Christ and intrinsic to the Holy Spirit and at the heart of the gospel of God in Christ. Therefore, as God is a Spirit; our worship must take place according to the truth of God the Father that is revealed in his Son and which was received through the Holy Spirit. We must worship the Father with the truth; because Jesus Christ is the truth, to live in union with Jesus Christ, required our speaking the truth. In order to claim the fellowship with Jesus Christ and to possess our salvation, yet not to live and speak according to the truth, is to be deceiving ourselves. Without truth we remain in deception and we are in darkness as well as we are outside the Kingdom of heaven.

In the Old Testament Scripture there are many names of one true God: The Scripture reveals that: God is called Jehovah -Jireh which means God is our provider When they reached the place God had told Him about, Abraham built an alter there and arranged the wood on it. he bound his son Isaac and laid Him on the alter on top of the wood. Then he reached out his hand and took the knife to slay his son, but the angel of the Lord called out to Him from heaven, Abraham! Abraham! here I am, he replied. Do not lay a hand on the boy, he said, do not do anything to Him. Now I know that you fear God, because you have not withheld from me your son, your only son. Abraham looked up and there is a thicket he saw a ram caught by its horns. he went over and took the ram and sacrificed it as a burnt offering instead of his son. So, Abraham called that placed The Lord will provide. And to this day it is said: On the mountain of the Lord it will be provided" (Genesis 22:9-14) Abraham was considered righteous for what he did as well as; dedicated to the Lord by offering his son on the altar. Abraham’s faith manifested itself in sincere obedience to God. Life of true faith in God will always be manifest and inevitably become a manifested life of true obedience to God’s commandment. As Abraham began to sacrifice his son, God sees his total surrender in his heart. The Lord sees clearly that Abraham was a God-fearing man whose chief concern was to do the will of God.

The name of the Lord is Jehovah Ezer – The Lord our helper: The Scripture reveals: We wait in hope for the Lord; he is our help and our shield (Psalm 33:20) God Almighty is our helper all the believing Christians must wait patiently for what God will do; and what he has promised to do in their lives; it means that believers must trust and have strong faith in God’s promises and character; also, must recognize God’s faithfulness with thanksgiving for what he has already done. Our Lord Jesus Christ always ready to help his people if they hear his voice Christ said; he will help them, we should remember all what he has done in the past; he bought us with his blood, he died for us on the cross, before the world began he predestine us, and chose us, Christ came to earth lay down his glory in heaven and came to this world he gave his life for us so that we might be save and have eternal life with Him, live with Him, in heaven forever, he is our helper, because he gave us his Spirit in order that we may be able to live with Him. he is our blessed hope of glory, he is coming back to set up his Kingdom he will live among his people forever Amen – his name is Jehovah Ezer – the Lord our helper.

Jehovah-Jireh the Lord will provide all our needs in a miraculous way and in any way possible. Up till today God always test his children’s faith, God’s testing must be considered as an honor in God’s Kingdom. We must trust God that he will provide his presence in our life and he will provide his grace to follow his faithful and he will provide all that is necessary for any circumstances within his will. Therefore, Jehovah- Jireh will always be our provider.

God’s name is: El-Shaddai the Scripture says: Joseph is a fruitful vine, a fruitful vine near a spring, whose branches climb over a wall. With bitterness archers attacked Him: they shot at Him with hostility. But his bow remained steady, his strong arms stayed limber, because of the hand of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel, because of your father’s God, who helps you, because of the Almighty, who blesses you with blessings of the heavens above, blessings of the deep that lies below, blessings of the breast and womb. Your father’s blessings are greater than the blessings of the ancient mountains, than the bounty of the age-old hills. Let all these rest on the head of Joseph, on the brow of the prince among his brothers. (Genesis 49:22-26) Therefore, El-Shaddai means God Almighty, God who is all sufficient bountiful, God of abundant the source of blessings, and the channels of all blessings.

The Scripture revealed the name of God as: God is Elohim: which means God of power and strength Elohim is one of the great names of God; I will establish my covenant as an everlasting covenant between me and you and your descendants after you and your descends after you for the generations to come, to be your God and the God of your descendants after you. The whole land of Canaan, where you are now an alien, I will give as an everlasting possession to you and your descendants after you and I will be their God(Genesis 17:7-8) God gave Himself to Abraham, just as Abraham gave Himself to God. We see the intimate relationship that manifested itself; God so loved the world and gave his one and only begotten Son for our sins. God promise to be our God is one of the greatest promises of God in the Holy Scripture. It is the first and the fundamental promise on which the rest of God’s promise rest. It shows clearly that God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit forever one God unreservedly; unwavering binds Himself to his faithful children to be their God forever from this earth to heaven. It is also means that God’s abundant grace, pardon, God’s promises, protections, guidance, his goodness, his help and his blessings are given to them in love which all those who gave their life to Jesus Christ inherited through faith. God’s power is always sufficient for those who rest in the shadow of the Almighty. God’s promise to Abraham is the everlasting covenant to Abraham and to his descendants so that the possession of the Land of Canaan was conditional based on Abraham obedience to God. Elohim displays the supreme power, sovereignty and faithfulness in God’s relationship to all his children.

God’s name is called: God- Jehovah-Raphe; which means God heals Then Moses led Israelites from the Red Sea and they went into the Desert of Shur. For three days they traveled in the desert without finding water. When they came to Marah, they could not drink it water because it is bitter. This is why the place is called Marah. So, the people grumbled against Moses, saying, what are we to drink? Then Moses cried out to the Lord, and the Lord showed Him a piece of wood. he threw it into the water, and the water became sweet. There the Lord made a decree and a law for them, and there he tested them. he said; if you listen carefully to the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees; I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought to the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals you (Exodus 15:22-26) God alone is the one who can heal our diseases by his word. he alone provides the great plan for human being’s brokenness through our Lord Jesus Christ. The gospel is the medicine for physical healing, moral healing and for spiritual healing for all the people in this world. God is telling us that: he is the Lord who heals us if we listen to his word and obeyed his commandments; God desires to heal his children from any diseases - God’s promise of healing is under the new covenant. God promise good health and healing for his people if they remain in faithful obedience to his covenant and to his commandments. he promises that he will not bring on, or allow any diseases as a judgment on his children; God is our great physician, and our healer from the Old Testament to the New Testament. God is our Jehovah-Raphe our healer who always heals his people.

God’s name is: Jehovah-Nissi which means God is our banner. The Scripture reveals: So Joshua fought the Amalekites as Moses had ordered, and Moses, Aaron and Hur went to the top of the hill. As long as Moses held up his hands, the Israelites were winning, but whenever he lowered his hands, the Amalekites were winning. When Moses hands grew tired, they took a stone and put it under Him and he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held his hands up-one on one side. One on the other - so that his hands remained steady till sunset. So, Joshua overcame the Amalekite army with the sword. Then the Lord said to Moses, write this on a scroll as something to remembered and make sure that Joshua hears it, because I will completely blot out the memory of Amalekite from under heaven. Moses built an altar and called it the Lord is my Banner. he said, for hands were lifted up to the throne of the Lord. The Lord will be at war against the Amalekites from generation to generation (Exodus 17:10-15) God was preparing Joshua for his later wars against the Canaanites. By holding up his hands to the Lord, Moses reveals his dependence and faith in God.

All the people then and now derived their strength and victory on dependability and their trust in God which was demonstrated by Moses uplifted hands in intercession. Whenever Moses intercession waned, so did the flow of God’s power on behalf of his children. This divine principle continues to operate under the new covenant in the New Testament. If we stop to call on the Lord in our daily prayers about, or concerning everything we need and everything we are going through, the divine life, protection, blessings and grace will begin to stop flowing towards us. Our hope, victory as believers is in our continually approaching the throne of grace through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior; in Him we receive God’s power and grace to help us in times of need. Therefore, God is Jehovah-Nissi - God our banner, under his divine Banner we go from triumph to triumph and from victory to victory. Thanks be to God who gave us a victory through life in our Lord Jesus Christ our Banner and our Savior, Redeemer King. Jehovah - Nissi - God our Banner, who has the power to fight our battle and he will give us victory over our enemies.

Jesus Christ is called: The Blessed and Only Potentate: The Scripture reveals In the sight of God, who gives life to everything, and of Christ Jesus, who while testifying before Pontius Palate made the good confession, I charge you to keep this command without spot or blame until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, which God will bring about in his own time – God, the blessed and only Ruler, the Kings of Kings and Lord of lords, who alone is immortal and who lives in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see To Him be honor and might forever Amen. (1st Timothy 6:13-16) Jesus Christ is the Blessed Ruler of all the souls of human being on earth. Paul reveals that, Christ appearing will happens during his life time. he repeatedly encouraging believing Christians to expect and hope for the return of the Lord in their generation and in their life time. Christian believer today must follow the footsteps by loving our Lord and Savior and longing for his return and his immediate presence must be a basic motivation in our lives. Jesus Christ alone is the immortal God’s transcendence who is different and independent from is creations – whether humans, angels, spirit, or physical or material things. God must not be placed on the same level with any of his creations. his being and his existence are in a totally different spiritual realm. God dwells in perfect and pure existence, far above and wholly other than his creation. The Scripture says: In that day the Branch of the Lord will beautiful and glorious and the fruit of the land will be the pride and glory of the survivors in Israel. (Isaiah4:2) The Branch of the Lord means Messiah. he will come forth as a branch from the Root of David. Jesus Christ will rule over the house of his faithful people in Jerusalem and care for them with great concern and love. Those who survive have the character of God who is the holy one of Israel the seed of David.

Jesus Christ is called the Bread of Life: The Scripture reveals: Jesus said to them, I tell you the truth, it is not Moses who has given you the bread from heaven, but it is my Father who gives you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is he who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world. Sir, they said, from now on give us this bread. (John 6:32-35) Jesus Christ is the bread of life, the true bread that came down from the Father above. I am the bread of life; emphasizing an important aspect of Christ ministry on earth. Jesus tells us that he is the assurance that nourishes spiritual life to all who give their life to Him.

Jesus Christ is called the Captain of salvation: The Scripture reveals: In bringing many sons to glory, it was fitting that God, for whom and through whom everything exists, should make the author of their salvation perfect through suffering. Both the one who makes men holy and those who are made holy are of the same family. So, Jesus is not ashamed to call them brothers. (Hebrews 2:10-11) All the believing Christians are perfect through suffering. It does not mean that Jesus Christ needed to be made morally and spiritually perfect; but what was made perfected was his role as the author of our salvation. The perfect Son of God became a perfect Savior of the people of the world, through suffering. his obedience and his death on the cross qualified Him to be the perfect representative of all the falling humanity; he bears the penalty of sin on our behalf. Jesus Christ is the only one who made people holy, and those who are made holy are those who in Him are redeemed from the guilt of sin and are set apart, empowered as God’s children.

Jesus Christ is called the Chief Shepherd: The Scripture revealed: And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that will ever fade away.(1st Peter 5:4) Jesus Christ is the shepherd of the sheep; he takes care of his sheep. All the believing Christians must be obedient to the commandment of the Lord Jesus Christ, in order that the shepherd will continue to take care of them and fulfill their needs. Jesus is the Chief Shepherd who has all the authority to take care of all his sheep.
