The book of Revelation gives us an advanced look into the future of mankind. The Bible tells us about all the things that will occur during this time period in history. The war that is now being waged by the devil and the kingdom of darkness, is for total control of Gods kingdom. God tell us that at end of this war the devil will lose and He will be victorious, and set up his eternal kingdom.

This is the time for all who are not saved to repent of their sins and ask Jesus for salvation. It is also the time for all those who are backslidden to come back to Jesus and be restored while there is still time. For all of us, understanding Gods prophetic revelation is a first step toward being spiritually prepared for the last days, when we will finally escape this world through Jesus Christ and enjoy eternal life with him forever.

Prophetess Ruby Clark is a woman well-seasoned in the Word of God, and she has a bachelors degree in theology and certificates in homiletics and hermeneutics. She has worked with skilled teachers and ministers, and her own ministerial journey has taken her into nursing homes, prisons, retreats, and private homes; she has also been a street evangelist, and she has served in the office of an evangelist for over twenty years, and in the office of a prophet for over eighteen years. Prophetess Clark now lives in Silver City, Missouri, where she serves as a Sunday school teacher and intercessory prayer leader, heads the evangelistic ministry, and serves on the ministerial staff of The Upper Room Fellowship Ministries, in Belzoni, Missouri; she also serves as chaplain and treasurer of The United Churches for Christ on the Move. Prophetess Clark is the mother of four grown children, and her hearts desire is to see as many people saved as possible.

FOREWORD

The book of Revelation is a prophetic book that tells us specifically about the events that will happen in the near future. There is no guesswork here. This book tells us plainly about the things that are happening in these last days of earth’s history.

This book amazes all who read it through. You will be glued to the edge of your seat because it is wrapped in mystery, suspense, horror, joy, death, and new life. These events are actually in process now. We are witnessing some of these foretold events, happening all around us every day.

This book gives us a bird’s-eye view of all the things that God has told us would happen. Included in this book is God’s final judgment upon man and the fallen angels.

Those who study this book, guided by the Holy Spirit, will understand more fully about the events that are now unfolding in our world today. The Holy Spirit will bring clarity and understanding to every word you read.

Your response to what you will learn will compel you to immediately put on your running shoes, rush out, and preach (proclaim) the gospel message to everyone you see, with a new sense of urgency.

Understanding this book will help you with the practical and applicable appliance of knowledge gained in reading it. You will know for sure that compliance to God’s Word is not optional; it is a command.

PART 1

THE COMMAND TO GO

God is very descriptive in giving us detailed information about the last major events that will happen here on planet Earth. Information about these future events helps us greatly to prepare for them. One benefit in knowing about these future events is that none of these things will come as a surprise to any of us when we see them happening. This detailed information given by God about the future gives us another glimpse of God’s sovereignty, omnipotent power, foreknowledge, and complete control over everything. In exposing us to His foreknowledge of future events, He shows us the expanse of His awesome ability to reach from the present into the future with ease.

Only a loving Father would take the time to make sure that all of His children are informed and prepared for what lies ahead of them. What an abundance of knowledge God has given to the church, for the end-times that we are now living in.

Let’s take a look at this scene in heaven prior to Jesus’s return to the earth to give John the revelation message God has given Him. We see Jesus seated in the seat of highest honor, on the right hand of God the Father, because He has paid the price for humanity’s sin. Jesus’s assignment is now the ministry of intercession.

But because Jesus lives forever, he has a permanent priesthood. Therefore he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them. (Hebrews 7:24–25 NIV)

Jesus is praying for the church (His body) and for lost souls continuously. The prayers of Jesus are affecting the lives of every person living here on the earth. Jesus knows that God wants all people to be saved. So Jesus prays with passion for all to be saved, even though He knows that everyone will not repent of their sins and be saved.

Jesus has always had God’s heart for all people, and He makes this clear to everyone. He says that His will is to do the will of God, His Father. Jesus is God manifest in the flesh. When God could not find anyone worthy or capable to go down to the earth and pay the price for humanity’s sin, He prepared an earthly body for His Word (Jesus) to inhabit. Jesus then came down to the earth and gave His life to save humankind. All anyone has to do now to receive the free gift of eternal life is to repent of his or her sins and acknowledge Jesus as his or her Lord and Savior.

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. (Romans 10:9 KJV)

Jesus has been back in heaven now for over two thousand years, praying for sinners to be saved; He has also been praying for the saints (the body of Christ) to remain faithful and fulfill all the assignments that have been given to each one of us.

We are at another crucial time period in human history: the finale, the culmination of all things, and the fulfilling of biblical prophecy. When biblical prophecy is completed, it will conclude the existence of this world and its order. It will also mark the beginning of the new order of things. This is when God will set up His kingdom upon the new earth and in the new heavens that
