    I had known Rahul Killekar since October 2021, when he became a part of my NLP Life coaching closed group community.

    During the NLP Practitioner course, I must say that he has been one of the sincerest mentors I have ever seen who carries a mission and purpose of adding element skills by installing practical yet powerful parameters of the physical and mental outcome with the unshaken personality to the set track and achieve success goals of people with the help of developing balance from childhood to adulthood.

    Also, he focuses on physical, psychological, social, cultural, spiritual, and the most interrelated factors determining your overall results. He has counted what you could do to create common knowledge of mental health with the help of NLP techniques and healing affirmations for inner peace by overcoming the poorest outcomes to achieving peak performance by replacing discomfort with a strong mindset & belief.

    Finally, I will admit that after reading this book, I felt that the book is written in such a manner that ordinary people will take action and unlock their true potential to map their health progress via a new way of tools & systems in their life with the help of understanding their exponential growth.

    Last, this book is about the world of stress, the circle of stress, finding your stress and breathing technique, awareness, self-love, the cycle of daily routines, and an eating lifestyle that is impactful and brings change to society. He has proven that self-love, self-acceptance, meditation, focus, and goals are crucial for a person's mental health and include strategies to help us to stop restricting our ability to forgive the past and accept the reality for better results and how our mental health is capable of being confident, calm, relaxed, and composed by gaining a unique way of forgiving things, feeling, and acquiring greater life satisfaction to reclaim the emotional and mental health that people possess with their healthy habits to shape their goals and adopt a happy and contended life.
