CHAPTER 1
INTRODUCTION: UNDERSTANDING THE CONCEPT OF GOOD AND BAD HABITS
We all have habits. Some of these habits are good and beneficial to us, while others can be detrimental to our well-being. The concept of good and bad habits is not new. From the time we are born, we start to develop habits that shape who we are and how we live our lives.
Understanding the difference between good and bad habits is crucial in our quest to live a happy and fulfilling life.
Good habits are those that bring positivity and improvement to our lives. They are habits that make us feel good about ourselves, enhance our self-esteem, and lead us towards our goals and aspirations. Examples of good habits include exercising regularly, eating a healthy diet, practicing mindfulness and meditation, and maintaining strong relationships with our loved ones.
On the other hand, bad habits are those that bring negativity and hold us back from reaching our full potential. They are habits that make us feel ashamed, frustrated, or embarrassed. Examples of bad habits include smoking, overeating, procrastination, and spending too much time on our phones or in front of the
