Free Love Of God - Christian Marcel

    Acknowledge God

The breath of our nostrils, the anointed of the LORD, was taken in their pits, of whom we said, under his shadow we shall live among the heathen. (Lamentations 4:20)

It will not be very long that those who fight against themselves will fight God’s anointed (Psalm 2:1–3).

But God will laugh because he sees and knows all things concerning his earth.

Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account. (Hebrews 4:13)

When a generation fails to acknowledge God in sincerity and prayers, well, you are in trouble.

Life is not a platform for playing around and forgetting God or not acknowledging his presence both in worship and in prayers (Revelation 4:11).

Cut off your hair and throw it away; take up a lament on the barren heights, for the LORD has rejected and abandoned this generation that is under his wrath. (Jeremiah 7:29)

    Angels Rejoice

Every time you serve God, your Creator, the angels in heaven shout with joy, over one sinner who repents—just one sinner.

Can you grasp that? One sinner who gives himself over to God (Romans 8:1).

Jesus said, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents. (Luke 15:10)

I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent. (Luke 15:7)

Does this mean that angels are partial? No, we all rejoice in the presence of God daily.

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! (Philippians 4:4)

The Bible says, Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved (Romans 10:13).

Solomon said, I was a skilled craftsman at His side, and His delight day by day, rejoicing always in His presence.

I was rejoicing in His whole world, delighting together in the sons of men. (Proverbs 8:30–31)

My friends, stay saved (Romans 10:17).

    Anxiety

Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs him down, but a good word makes him glad. (Proverbs 12:25)

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7)

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. (Philippians 4:6–7)

    Armor of God

Do not let others take your Christian beliefs, behaviors, and practices for weakness.

Some who know that you are a Christian may impose their strength against you and think you are too weak to fight; let them know how weak they are, by being strong enough, but not too critical.

    Protect your integrity.

Keep on your whole armor of God.

    Stand up, defend yourselves.

    Listen to your Bible.

Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. (Ephesians 6:14–18)

Now go back and read verses 10–13.

Salvation is in the army of the Lord.

It’s not about what you feel that you think you’re right about, but after you receive the Word, steadfastness fills with emotions, an excitement without being tempestuous.

We march together with God, a victory to win.

You feel right when you belong to Christ, excited and full of joy.

But here’s the point. You have to know him to be happy and excited from the storms of life.

A lasting impression of your faith and practices.

Without Christ, you will fall for anything, and there’s no hope of eternal life (Matthew 24:36).

We wait in our hope and assure of our faith practices (Romans 8:1).

    Attributes of God

Did Christ at any time give up his entire attributes to sin?

    Christ is all-powerful (omnipotent).

One of the attributes of God is that he is all-powerful or omnipotent.

Jesus did not give up this attribute when he became human.

Jesus said about his authority, All power is given to me.

Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage? but emptied Himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in human likeness. (Philippians 2:6–7)

Question: How did he empty himself?

The Bible does not say that God changed into a human being but rather that God became a human being without ceasing to be God.

Jesus took upon a form of a man, made like us (Numbers 23:19, John 4:24).

The Bible says that Jesus does not change.

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever (Hebrews 13:8).

Scripture says that Jesus was completely aware of who he was and what he could do.

When arrested in the Garden of Gethsemane, Jesus stated that He could summon legions of angels and stop those taking Him. The word of God doing the talking (John 1:1ff).

The New Testament teaches that Jesus did exercise the use of his divine attributes while he was here upon the earth.

Jesus did miracles and healing, raising Lazarus from the grave. Many other things Jesus did in the presence of many witnesses (John 20:30).

Furthermore, self-humbling of Christ was not against his will. He willingly took on the limitations of humanity.

He never used any of his divine attributes to relieve himself of the limitations of being a human being (Matthew 4, John 10:30–33, etc.).

Jesus suffered as any other man on earth, to better serve our needs, as to how divine needs are met (Hebrews 2:18).

Jesus tells his father, I have glorified you on the earth. I have finished the work which you have given me to do. And now, O Father, glorify me together with yourself, with the glory which I had with you before the world was (John 17:4–5). This was coming.

Notice: The glory of Jesus was hidden from humanity during his time on the earth—although it was revealed at certain times.

The glory of God was such that no human could look at it and live.

He alone can never die, and he lives in light so brilliant that no human can approach him. No human eye has ever seen him, nor ever will. All honor and power to him forever! Amen. (1 Timothy 6:16)

This glory that belongs to Jesus was veiled. At the end of his life, as a human being, he prayed to his Father to restore his former glory.

After his ascension, his glory was no longer veiled (concealed).

We read in the book of Revelation:

John said, When I saw him, I fell at his feet like a dead man. And he placed his right hand on me, saying, ‘Do not be afraid; I am the first and the last.’ (Revelation 1:17)

The totality of his glory was veiled until his completed work on earth.

Jesus had to veil his glory in order to accomplish his mission on earth. But while on earth, this planet, Jesus chose rather to live the life of a servant who put his trust in his heavenly Father.

The following statements from Jesus illustrate this truth:

Therefore Jesus answered and was saying to them, Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of himself, unless it is something he sees the Father doing; for whatever the Father does, these things the Son also does in like manner. (John 5:19)

The God, his word became like us in human form to teach us how to live in our human bodies until a changeable moment.

In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So, when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. (1 Corinthians 15:52–54)

Sin brought forth death no more. No more sin, no more death.

Listen, on earth, the devil fears no one, not even the word of God. Not even his servants fear God.

    Authority

It is so sad that mankind cannot see the work in government from one man. Who isn’t afraid of taking giant gainful steps to put things back to order where thieves have taken advantage of, yet they act as if God stumbled in providential care for our country?

    Sad.

Let everyone be subject (let you go on then is amid exhortation where rulers are in authority) to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established (Romans 13:1–2). Now if you have not believed that God is in control of things, where is your faith?

Listen: The authorities that exist have been established by God.

Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves.

For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong.

God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? Or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? (Numbers 23:19)

One of the hardest scriptures that mankind cannot come to decisions or terms with is one they should obey, yet some (where they are separated by political party) Christian homes, as well those who have not obeyed the gospel, are having trouble with it.

Romans chapter 13, the first few verses, except, it be by tax purposes only, then they fully obey.

This is one chapter that mankind just doesn’t get: ordained by God, not by men.

Listen to Romans 13:1–3: Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established.

So listen, those who keep havoc, seek God and keep his commandments (Romans 13:1ff).

When being taught, if one understands the core of the language (the heart of it) rather than the details, understanding then brings about your challenge to change. Everything surrounded by the core is its fruit, and only then determines its central values.

Have you said, Hallelujah, praise Jehovah, today, then raised your arms, reached toward the heavens, and said within your own will, Lord, I love you and give you praise. All my life, I shall speak of your name (Daniel 2:20)?

Listen, my friends, if you don’t say anything now, I think you will say it when Jesus is established in your heart.

The angels already give him praise, night and day.

I like it when our teachers are strong in the church, then its growth is remarkable.

By creating extraordinary and developing dynamic leaders for a foundation for sustainable growth.

Now, we go to work, show strength and skills to succeed in the work of God (Luke 6:40).

Remember this, we are workers together with God (2 Corinthians 6:1).

    What does authority mean?

It is my sincere understanding that it means divine reasoning according to Scripture.

Reasoning from the standpoint of divine logic enables us to arrive at correct conclusions and therefore to distinguish accurately the unreal from the real.

There are some who may say rule, management, leader.

But here we are speaking about God.

And this is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom, but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words. (1 Corinthians 2:13)

The term biblical authority refers to the extent to which commandments and doctrines within the Old and New Testament scriptures are authoritative over human belief and conduct.

Remember the state is God’s servant and God’s agent for bringing judgment (Romans 13:4).

Yes, the state possesses the sword, but it does so only at God’s behest.

To be a Christian is to know this: Jesus is where the buck ultimately stops.

Jesus is the authority to which all other authorities must answer.

Jesus will judge the nations and their governments.

He is the one with final power over life and death.

The state exists by Jesus’s permission, not the other way around.

States typically don’t acknowledge this fact, of course.

But churches know it’s true (John 19:11; Revelation 1:5, 6:15–17).

Make a change in your life, allow Christ to rule. Don’t be a U-Haul Christian. Stay where you’re at; trouble doesn’t last. The message of truth belongs for all. Stay saved (2 Timothy 4:2).

Preach the Word of God. Be prepared, whether the time is favorable or not. Patiently correct, rebuke, and encourage your people with good teaching.

    Baptism

Faith carries the weight of baptism (Romans 10:17). First, there has to be a conviction on the mind before having a seal of actual faith (Ephesians 1:13). The meaning of being baptized is followed by faith (Matthew 3:14–15). Jesus being the author of faith and of baptism, the thought was in the mind of God; it was the right thing to do.

First faith, then comes baptism: one plus one equals two; there is not two without one.

Notice an example given to Nicodemus by Jesus (the Word of God, John 3:1ff).

We should concern ourselves how we live twice and are born twice rather than being born once and dying twice (John 3:3).

Man is physically born and live on earth; in order to be saved, one must be born of God by the washing of water by the Word (spiritual). For him to live again, one must be born again. Water baptism is very important to our common salvation.

Watch the conversation of Jesus to John who baptized people.

But John tried to prevent Him, saying, I need to be baptized by You, and do You come to me? Let it be so now, Jesus replied. It is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness in this way. Then John permitted Him. As soon as Jesus was baptized, He went up out of the water. Suddenly the heavens were opened, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and resting on Him. (Matthew 3:14–16)

    Here’s is what we get.

Peter replied, Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2:38)

Notice you cannot be once born and live twice as of physical nature alone. After your life is physically lived on earth, you will die (either way).

But if you have not prepared yourself to live again in heaven (i.e., born again), then you have not been born again while you live (Hebrews 9:27).

The gospel is our godparent, our life again, our hope of eternal life with God (Revelation 21).

You cannot live wrong and die right. Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin condemns any people (Proverbs 14:34).

An independent thinker will not be permitted to override the Word of God by conditions you make up.

    Read again John 12:48.

    Be Converted

And said, Verily I say unto you, except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 18:3)

There are many who do not have a humble spirit.

There are a few who can take criticisms in the raw, but many cannot. There are some who will become intimidated by actions or just a few words someone said, and instead of thinking about it, they snap and go off and damage minds. Gossip sets in, ugly words come out, people hurt, etc. Then you lost a friend or relationship you once had. Children can see light at the end and quickly forget about their madness. Adults who are not taught the ways of God tend to hate and get even, get mad quickly when attacked.

I say, first, reason with that person then say your peace; turn away from foolish men.

A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. (Proverbs 17:22)

And you became imitators of us and of the Lord, for you received the word in much affliction, with the joy of the Holy Spirit. (1 Thessalonians 1:6)

    Be Proactive

Sometimes we can’t help feeling hesitant in some way if we believe a reason exists for us to be so, yet we sometimes confuse hesitancy with unnecessary cautiousness.

There are times, of course, when we are right to be wary, but there are also times when we refuse to take necessary action because we believe we have found a reason that might protect us from failure or disappointment.

Make every effort to look more closely at how valid your reason really is and what it is not.

Grab a hold of it proactively; its hands are extended for you to take.

    God is with you.

    Take the hand of God.

A need to look: What does the church need to look like these days?

The reason I’m minding my own business: the church needs to look like it does inside out.

It seems as if the church is caught up to be a social meeting place on Sundays and Wednesdays. Then it is counted upon a preacher to fulfill our own obligation to God. Not so—quit thinking such.

The church is supposed to be a sanctified people whereas many shall flow into it.

And you are supposed to teach in the world as well as others who are sanctified.

    Listen to your Bible.

In the last days the mountain of the LORD’S temple will be established as the highest of the mountains; it will be exalted above the hills, and all nations will stream to it. (Isaiah 2:2)

Now if anything changes within; the church, belonging to Christ, is not doing what it should. It shall fall into the examples of Asia Minor (Revelation 2).

If not, then change the weather in your environment.

We all are workers together with God. Believers in his body; a heart filled with passion to work, as Isaiah, Paul, Peter, John, Trophimus, Timothy, Erastus, and others.

    Are you with me?

There is much to do in such little time we have on earth.

If you, my friend, have been attending church for a few months, and you haven’t been involved, you are not sanctified, because you have not submitted to the Word of God (John 17:17, 12:48).

There are drifters all over the world, squatters all over the world, but none in the house of God

That He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish. (Ephesians 5:26–27)

    Be Watchful

My friends, watch out daily. Always be careful of your walk in life. Be sober.

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour (swallow up or catch in a trap). (1 Peter 5:8)

When you see him, must you turn away? And if you cannot recognize him, be careful who you associate with, because the devil changes his appearance and attitude to capture people and make them his own.

When an impure spirit comes out of a person, it (a thing) goes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. Then it (he) says, I will return to the house I left.

On its return, it finds the house swept clean and put in order, (looks fake, but you can’t fool the devil)

Then it (this thing, whatever it becomes) goes and brings seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and dwell there, (in the fake choices one makes in life)

And the final plight of that man is worse than the first. (Luke 11:24–26; see also 2 Peter 2:20)

Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? (2 Corinthians 6:14)

And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. (2 Corinthians 11:14)

Anything he wants to become, that’s his angle. And then he goes back to be a roaring lion.

Watch your step, watch your story (1 Peter 3:10).

    Are you with me?

    Stay alert.

    Keep sober.

    Watch and pray.

There are some who cannot digest or process the truth in such fashion as I have written (Hebrews 4:12). The Bible is written for our instruction (Romans 15:4). Amen.

One cannot say, God will charge sins in the body alone while the spirit is pure. So one goes on sinning. No sir.

Listen, whatever is done in this body, whether good or bad, is going to be judged.

So if you have not the spirit of God but of divination, you will be lost.

    Belief

We tend to accept a belief that we’ve invested as much effort as we’re prepared to in some way.

It’s interesting how, once we reach this stage, we then discover a reason to invest a tiny bit more combined with a modicum of faith.

Even if you feel as if you’ve reached the end of your tether or patience limits, try to pay attention to the voice inside of you that urges you to try a little bit more. That voice’s faith in you is justified!

Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation? (Hebrews 1:14)

    I love Jesus.

But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8)

I met Jesus when I was twelve years old, and never let go of his hands.

    How about you?

But when they believed Philip as he preached the good news of the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women. (Acts 8:12)

After one repents in faith, one’s next step is water baptism, a primary principle of Jesus Christ (Hebrews 6:1–2).

You are made whole by doing all Jesus requires in faith obedience.

For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. (Galatians 3:27)

How about you? Have you been obedient?

Faith comes by hearing the word of God.

Repentance is calling up Jesus’s forgiveness of sins.

How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? (Romans 10:14)

This is astounding, but baptism first began in the Old Testament (1 Corinthians 10:2).

John the baptizer and Jesus used it both under the law, approved by God himself, to be used in the new covenant relationship again with his followers (Luke 20:40, Matthew 3:14–15).

    Bible Classes

Bible classes are used for discussions and learning (Acts 17:11).

Question: Can you teach from the seat and not be put to death in the spirit? Will educating yourself be a bad thing while educating others from your seat?

One of the saddest but probable things one can do if you go to your church, and you get involved in class, and the teacher doesn’t like your answer or waves you off as if you are not wanted and continues to do this each time you are in class. Here’s what you do—or I would do:

Number one: No church is owned by its people. The church I read about in the Bible books belong to Christ. You have the option to leave that discussion.

Number two: When Jesus was teaching, he realized that a prophet is without honor in his own town. Jesus went about teaching always elsewhere his message of truths.

Number three: Go to a denominational church and teach the Bible by being in class, the Word of God. Having your obedience ready to impart understanding. Hopefully you might get others to see really what the Bible says.

Number four: Never give up teaching the Word of God. Fight the good fight of faith. Take hold of eternal life. When your obedience is fulfilled, others will receive your good work.

Number five: Jesus went about teaching everywhere. Teaching in synagogues and temples, asking and answering questions, eating with sinners, teaching the foundation of basic truths.

Number six: If you are not experiencing wave-offs in your class, be a class participant.

Never be afraid to open your mind, giving examples to facts in class. And if teachers find it a good thing, you have a wonderful opportunity to teach in the future. If not, well, find a different location to teach from the seat, while adding to your education (John 6:66–68).

    Blasphemy

Jesus himself said in Matthew 12:31, Therefore, I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men.

If a person truly listens to the Holy Spirit and asks for pardon and forgiveness, that person is not guilty of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.

Any sin mankind wants pardon for is forgivable. However, if we turn our backs on the voice of the Holy Spirit, we begin to silence his convictions, and eventually we cannot hear his convicting power.

This effectively blocks the working of God in our lives because we have reached a point where we are unable to respond to the promptings of the Holy Spirit.

Allow no man to believe that there are certain sins God will not forgive.

    God forgives if you change.

    Change is to repent.

    Blessings

Don’t let the devil trick you into believing you have a blessing from God, when you know better than to accept something that looks good just because it’s there and you never had it before.

Listen, when God gives you a blessing, it comes natural and not by any other means. I think many can identify with this, like, for example, credit cards, free trips, free money, free houses, cars, etc., and the list goes on.

Listen, leave that stuff alone, it’s not a blessing, it’s a bill that you don’t have the money to pay back. You will wake up one day, and someone will take all your stuff that you thought was a blessing.

No. Don’t make bad decisions. Know what a blessing is.

God’s blessing doesn’t lie; the devil is a liar and so is his stuff (Matthew
