Preface

Many people can say it's easy to shake the devil off and keep standing for God, at least that's what the Saints say. But I, October Polley, had a lot to go through to understand what they meant by that. I can't say my testimony was a walk in the park. One thing I can say is nothing, but the grace of God has brought me out of those struggles. Believe me, being a Christian can be challenging and hard, living in a modern time where everything is supposed to be quick and easy. Remember, anything that's meant by God is going to take time. It's like an oven-roasted turkey for Thanksgiving—it takes time for it to meet perfection. That's like chosen life and living more abundantly. It causes you to put everything in God's hands. That's putting faith, belief, hope, and dreams in an unseen being.

In this book, I am going to teach you how I got through many storms and scriptures that I meditate on today that help me overcome those demons. It's what my faith turned into with my belief. So sit back and hope you enjoy the show.
