I am a Black man who has lived a life filled with pain, struggle, and ultimately, transformation. I grew up in the streets of Columbus, Ohio, where I faced numerous challenges as a troubled youth. I eventually found myself in prison at the age of 25, where I was introduced to the teachings of Islam and began to see the world in a different light. After serving my time, I returned to my community and started to see the ways in which systemic racism and discrimination were holding my people back. I knew that I needed to do something to make a change, not just for myself, but for my community as well. I began to study psychology, sociology, and other disciplines that would help me understand the root causes of the problems that I saw around me. I also began to engage in community-building initiatives and advocacy work, determined to make a positive impact in my community. Through years of self-discovery, personal growth, and community activism, I have come to understand the importance of mental and spiritual transformation. I have learned that true change must begin within, and that it is only by transforming our own minds and hearts that we can create positive change in the world around us. This book is a result of my journey, and it is my hope that it will inspire and empower others to take their own journey towards transformation. It is a call to action for Black people to take control of their own lives and create the change that they wish to see in the world. It is a guide for anyone looking to break free from the limiting beliefs and negative patterns that hold them back. I hope that this book will serve as a beacon of hope and inspiration for all those who read it, and that it will help to spark a movement of mental and spiritual transformation that will change the world for the better.

The Mutation & Transformation of a Conditioned State of Mind - Eijaz Shabazz El
Preface
When I began writing this book, I had no idea that it would become such a personal journey for me. I had always been interested in the idea of self-improvement and personal growth, but as I delved deeper into the subject, I realized that the journey of self-improvement is never truly finished. It is a continuous process that requires constant reflection, introspection, and a willingness to change.
This book is a collection of my personal experiences, research, and insights on the subject of self-improvement. It is written for the black community, but the principles and techniques discussed within can be applied to anyone looking to improve themselves. The main goal of this book is to provide a guide for the mutation and transformation of a conditioned state of mind, as well as to raise awareness of the impact of systemic racism and discrimination on the black community.
I hope that this book will inspire and empower its readers to take control of their own personal growth and to strive for a better life. This book is not just about self-improvement, it is about creating positive change in the world. Thank you for reading.

Know thyself, and thou shalt know the universe and the gods.

The human mind is a complex and fascinating thing. It has the power to shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and it can also be shaped by our experiences and the environment around us. One of the ways in which the mind shapes itself is through a process called conditioning.
Conditioning is the process by which the mind learns to associate certain stimuli with certain responses. For example, if you've ever been afraid of dogs because you were bitten by one as a child, that's an example of your mind being conditioned to associate dogs with fear. Similarly, if you find yourself automatically reaching for junk food when you're feeling stressed, that's an example of your mind being conditioned to associate stress with unhealthy eating habits.
The problem with conditioning is that it can lead to negative thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. For example, if you've been conditioned to believe that you're not good enough, you might find yourself struggling with self-doubt and insecurity. If you've been conditioned to avoid certain situations because they make you anxious, you might find yourself struggling with anxiety disorders.
The good news is that conditioning is not set in stone. The mind is capable of change and adaptation, which means that it's possible to recondition your mind to think, feel, and behave differently. This book is designed to help Black people understand the process of conditioning and to provide them with the tools and strategies they need to recondition their minds and lead a more fulfilling and happy life.
