So what Is love anyway?. Is it kissing and holding your soulmate under the starry sky?, Or is it making love to your secret admirer on the roof top of an upscale penthouse, Under the pale, bright moon?. Not all of us get lucky in finding true, genuine love. But when you do, You know almost immediately. Whether it’s a feeling of fluttering butterflies in your stomach, Or that spark within the windows of your soul. Our hearts never lie. True love comes with many beautiful faces. Peace, Safety, Tranquility, Comfort, Passion and Romance. But the most important face of them all is Happiness. If you have a significant other, And you’re not happy from within. Then let me tell you honey, It’s not our friend True Love. The Love energy two people share should always reciprocate naturally.

Nothing should ever feel forced, Or undesirable between you two. Now don’t get me wrong. None of us are perfect. Not even the best of us. Couples bump heads and have misunderstandings all the time. I’m not talking about those undesirables. I’m talking about just putting up with your partner for the sake of your children or the avoidance of being in the same room as your partner.

That is NOT love, And if it was there. It’s gone now. Never settle for less than your worth, And never go against your gut instincts. I think of love as an angelic, divine energy that’s present within and around you at all times. Even on bad days, You can feel that energy. It’s so complex, But easy to feel. We crave It without knowing. It’s magical in itself. When I close my eyes and think about all of the beautiful things in the world, Big and small.

I feel pure love in my heart. There is no greater feeling than that of love. It comes in many forms, With many faces. But not all faces are good ones and some love can be of wolves in sheep clothing. You know the saying. Everything that glitters isn’t gold, And to never judge a book by its cover. Well love falls right in the middle of the two. We often forget that love actually starts from within. It’s a choice, A want, A desire. We tend to seek for it in all the wrong places because we lean only in on satisfaction for the moment, Which is chemically satisfying mentally.

Then it starts to fade and we begin to seek again and again. And it becomes repetitive. Before you know it you’re lost, lost on what love truly is. Lost within yourself. Which leads to resentment and anger. But ask
