a course from Scribd for burnt-out business owners. Thank you for joining me. Let’s not waste any time.
Digital technology has evolved at a faster rate than our ability to understand how it affects us long-term. Overuse and dependency on digital devices are becoming the norm in our society.
This affects everybody, of course, but it has unique professional and personal implications for entrepreneurs and online business owners, who also play a special role in the direction of technology.
It can be difficult to manage the time you spend using digital technology, and if you aren’t clear on the boundaries of your use, it can hurt you in the long run. I know that I, for one, was an overworked, burnt-out entrepreneur.
When I stumbled onto the field of digital wellness, it changed the course of my business and my entire life. It allowed me to dig deeper into my relationships, my spirituality, and my health by changing the way I thought about business and communication.
I’ve condensed everything that I’ve learned throughout the years into this comprehensive course, which centers on the idea of the minimalist entrepreneur
as a means to normalize digital wellness. You can complete the course at your own pace, but I do recommend that you take your time and complete no more than one unit a day. This will give you time to digest the material you’re learning and even take the first steps in implementing them, as each unit covers a distinctly separate concept.
What makes me qualified to speak on this subject? Well, I'm a Bilingual Accredited Career Coach, a full-time digital nomad & Certified Digital Wellness Educator. My passion and mission are to help new digital entrepreneurs build an aligned yet profitable business foundation so they can reach their personal version of success.
