Hello everyone! I’m Kierra Asnauskas and this is Goal Alchemy: 10 Steps to Transforming Your Future

If you're reading to this course it's probably because, deep down, you know that you could use some help with setting goals and reaching your maximum productivity.
A lot of people have this problem, and it shows up in our lives in a lot of different ways. For example, we all know someone -- or, perhaps, we are that someone -- who repeatedly decides to set a goal on a Monday only to find themselves reneging on that goal by the time Wednesday rolls around.
And it isn't necessarily because of laziness either. A lot of us approach each new year, quarter, or month with the most ambitious goals. You set your goals, you get pumped up reading inspirational content, and you even take some kind of action the next day. But as time goes on, your motivation wanes. And the actions cease. Before long, the goals you’ve set become a distant memory. Does that sound like you? Don't worry. You're not alone.
It's something that has happened to all of us. I know I certainly grew up seeing it all around me. My mom would go on a diet on Monday, and, by Wednesday, without fail, she would already be off the diet.
