    I originally purchased the book in hardcopy (which was great!) but actually found the audiobook sensational! Some many nuggets of GOLD. It is really well structured and the methods used by the author such as DR ACTION are so unique but simple to remember! I've never been great at setting goals as I never had a system to do it but now I do! Excellent Audiobook and highly recommended.
