Introduction

In times past, many people have been taught that wealth as a child of God is a game. Where you just confess and expect financial abundance. I believe financial success is not a function of cheap talk or confessions, but total dependability upon God’s Word and wisdom. Otherwise, your vision of financial success will just become a wish in your life. There is more to financial success that needs to be put to work.

God’s financial plan concerning your life is to favour you. He wants to set you free from financial setbacks through His wisdom. However, obeying His Word concerning biblical prosperity is what will bring you into that realm of divine empowerment and blessing to get wealth.

Malachi 3:10-12

Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this,Says the Lord of hosts, If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it.  And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes,So that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, Nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field,Says the Lord of hosts; And all nations will call you blessed, For you will be a delightful land, Says the Lord of hosts.

Walking in financial dominion is hard work and a journey of patience. Hence, in this book, we have eleven chapters that will help you walk in financial dominion in Christ Jesus. Turning yourself into a lender instead of a borrower, fulfilling Deuteronomy 28:12-13, which says:

The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them.

You will always notice in Scripture that God’s perfect will for us is to live and walk in supernatural abundance amid trouble or economical adversity. But, it never turns to be like that in most cases. Why? It is because of a lack of simple understanding concerning biblical prosperity. The Bible says in Isaiah 60:1:

Arise; shine for your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you.

I believe if God is the same yesterday, today and forever, then this is your time to arise and lay hold of God’s promises concerning your life. What has God promised you in His Word concerning money? Do you believe He means business with His Word? Isaiah 60:2-3 continues to say:

For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you. The Gentiles shall come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising.

If only you can walk in the covenant of prosperity, you will become a person to reckon with. People will run to you for financial help and advice. Walk in the light of God’s Word today and your life won’t be the same tomorrow. The Word of God will always light up your path and empower you to walk in financial dominion in Christ Jesus.

Sad to say, many people today are like that young, rich ruler in Mark 10:23- 27, who claimed to have done all that Jesus commanded him to do. However, when Jesus touched the area of giving, the young, rich ruler wandered away in anger and dissatisfaction. I pray that won’t be your spiritual attitude in Jesus’ name.

There are people in church today who can do everything there is to do for God and His Kingdom, but can’t give or operate in the covenant of prosperity. God forbid! Well, this book will help you put your financial life in order.

Psalm 112:1-3 (AMP)

Praise the Lord! (Hallelujah!) Blessed [fortunate, prosperous, and favored by God] is the man who fears the Lord [with awe-inspired reverence and worships Him with obedience], Who delights greatly in His commandments. His descendants will be mighty on earth; The generation of the upright will be blessed.Wealth and riches are in his house, And his righteousness endures forever.

Divine Wisdom

Breaking financial hardship is not cheap talk, but something that you work on achieving. Financial prosperity does not answer to good luck or assumptions. It is instead a function of God’s grace, wisdom and hard work. In the Kingdom of God, divine wisdom is a major tool for averting financial hardship or setbacks.
