About this ebook

Prayer is one of the most powerful weapons God has given the Church. I’m glad to say Jesus never taught His disciples on how to sing or preach, but how to pray. That is because prayer is very important for destiny fulfilment. The lives of many people today got stopped because there is no one to pray for them. Prayer is a weapon of deliverance and dominion in times of battle.

Every child of God prays in their own way or definition. That is great! However, I came to discover that prayer is on different levels. Yes, prayer is not something you do because you are in trouble, but it must be a lifestyle. Prayer is the engine and fuel of your destiny. There are certain dimensions of breakthroughs you can never access without prayer. That is why prayer is so important!

I grew up in a place of extraordinary prayer and fasting. Hence, I discovered that there are different levels of prayer. Thus, in this book I will share deep insights or things that will birth a prayer revolution in your life to transform your life and generation.

God once said to me, Go! I’m sending you like I sent Moses, my prophet, to liberate my people from all oppressions of the devil through the preaching and teaching of the Word of Faith. Raise the foundations of many generations, prophesy over them and school them into supernatural knowledge, wisdom and exploits; impart into them my power and wisdom; release them into their glorious and unparalleled destinies.

    Introduction

Many people today claim to be prayer warriors, even sinners claim to be praying to God. You discover that someone will go to do robbery and still ask God to help him or/ her not to get caught. Now, if everyone claims to be praying, what is real prayer? Well, prayer is divine communication to God, based on His Word and promises. Friends, even though everyone asserts to be praying, not every prayer offered will always enter the ears of God. Not every executed prayer will command God’s divine attention.

I have heard of people who pray to God that He may help them achieve their sex trafficking, money laundering, witchcraft, alcohol, and brothel businesses. The same people will even quote a proverb that says, God helps those who help themselves. Well, the proverb itself is not even in the Bible—it is not Bible-based. It has no place in God’s divine agenda. I believe God can’t answer such kinds of prayers at all. If He did, then He would contradict His Word, and that is the last thing God will ever do in His existence.

It is impossible for God to dishonour His Word—it is not in His nature or existence. He will always remain faithful to His holy Word forever. That is why He has exalted His Word above all things, even above His own name (Psalm 138:1-2). The Word of God is His integrity—He cannot deny Himself—He is too faithful to lie! It is for the same reason He doesn’t listen to prayers offered to support or perpetuate wickedness.

    Isaiah 59:1-2

Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, That it cannot save; Nor His ear heavy, That it cannot hear. But your iniquities have separated you from your God; And your sins have hidden His face from you, So that He will not hear.

Prayer is a holy convocation between God and His people. It is the interaction of the Holy Spirit with us in order for God to intervene in our human affairs. Prayer is holy, so praying for you to offer your body to immorality is not prayer at all. Instead, it is wickedness! Praying to God for you to succeed at killing somebody is the highest level of deception. Others pray to God that He may prosper their drug and alcohol business. God have mercy! All those prayers, no matter how long you pray, will not reach God.

Then, the other thing people do is confess God’s grace while enjoying sin. Sad to say, some of them do it as a prayer to God — they don’t even care about repenting and changing their ways. I believe that is not prayer and God won’t listen to such prayers, no matter how long you pray. I have seen people who nurse their weaknesses, taking advantage of God’s mercy. God forbid! When we talk of prayer that attracts God’s attention, it is the one that is offered in holiness. I pray you won’t take prayer for granted in Jesus’ name.

Another thing is that prayer is not designed for asking needs only. Is there anything wrong with asking God for needs in prayer? No! However, prayer must be a channel for God’s children to ascend to the mountains of God in fellowship. Prayer is much more for having divine fellowship with our living God. For some people, the only time they pray is when they want something from God. Well, when your fellowship with God comes first, then everything else you are looking for in life will come to you.

    Matthew 6:33

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

    Isaiah 65:24

It shall also come to pass that before they call, I will answer; and while they are still speaking, I will hear.

Saints, it is never too late to put God first in your life and everything you are looking for will follow you without sweat!!

    Chapter 1

    What is Prayer?

    Luke 11:1- 4

Now it came to pass, as He was praying in a certain place, when He ceased, that one of His disciples said to Him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples. So He said to them, "When you pray, say: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. Give us day by day our daily bread.
