This is the story of a woman who had been a victim of the atrocities of men throughout her life, but still did not accept defeat.

The poor girl spent her adolescence and youth only pleasing men, but during that time she kept on silently tolerating the beatings she was subjected to.

This is a true story, but we have changed the names of the characters. Listen to this story:

He was a successful writer and had two novels published. That day, he was preparing the outline of his third novel, but no story was taking birth in his mind.

It was evening, and it was getting dark outside. He rode on his motorcycle and went for a ride to get some fresh air.

He rode a motorcycle on the roads of Panjim, Goa, for a while but eventually stopped at a bar. The name of the mistress of that bar was Maria.

Maria had two daughters and a son. When he reached her bar, there was no other customer there. Maria welcomed him with a smile.

    Are you alone today?

He said, with some thought, Sometimes it becomes very important to be alone in order to hear the voice of one's mind and to know something.

Maria probably did not understand what he meant, but she did know what he drank and what he ate with his drink.

In no time, Maria brought him a big peg of whiskey and also a peg of cashew fanny. He often drank both of them together. She had also brought a dish of fried fish.

Then suddenly he asked a question which he had wanted to ask her for a long time, Maria, your name is very strange; 'Maria Mohini'. What is this name? Maria is a Christian name and Mohini is a Hindu name.

Maria didn't respond, so he asked again, Is there a specific reason behind this name or just kept it?

After thinking for a while, she said, There is no particular reason. Earlier, I was a Hindu, but a few years ago I became a Christian and then changed my name too.

He wanted Maria to tell him something else so that he might get some material for his novel as well. He saw that she looked like a South Indian woman. He also asked Maria about it.

She laughed and said, So what happened? My children look like Goan children, don't they?

He did not reply to her words. After a while, she told him that she was actually from Andhra Pradesh. After some time, she started telling her story. By then, he too had almost emptied the whiskey glass.

"My name was Mohini Kumar. I fell in love with a boy named Rajan when I was about sixteen years old. He had his own business abroad. All the girls in the village used to be attracted to him. He rarely came to the village.

He used to wear very expensive clothes and also wore luxurious black glasses.

The girls of the village used to walk behind and in front of him with elaborate arrangements to attract him, but he did not pay attention to any of them.

After all, one day his eyes fell on me and then he did not move. He smiled, looking at me.

But it was my misfortune that he smiled while looking at me. It was because of his smile that I fell in
