    That area near Broadway was favourite among the Asian students, for they got cheap apartments to live in. Secondly, it was a congested area with hundreds of shops and malls where they could buy things at reasonable prices. One could find hundreds of black-haired Asian girls and boys walking along the streets any time during the day.
