About this ebook
the man in black went into his kitchen to make himself a cup of tea.
he took the tea into his darkened room.
he put the teacup besides his computer because he had work to do.
he took out his note pad and then he looked at the screen.
he picked number 6 down then he made up the clue:
this star started his screen life big, dancing
the name this time was travolta.
the first one he liked the look of was jane travolta. 22 brookfarm road. kenton.
he wrote the usual ten names and addresses just in case something was to happen at first or the second and so on.
he sat back and waited until his deadly time came around.
It seemed ages.
and at last he stood up with a grunt and stretched his legs and said to himself. ‘well its time I was on my way.’
he went out to the car and lifted the boot to check if his beloved cleaver was still there.
he got into his car and said aloud. ‘on my way at last.’
the killings were beginning to affect him like a fever.
when he came to the first address he parked his car as usual about two streets away.
he got out and went around to get the cleaver from the boot.
then he walked to the street and when he came to the top of the street he almost ran down it he was that eager to get on with it, it was almost like a drug now.
the house was in darkness he went around the house checking all the windows and doors.
he found a window it was just like most of them it was a bathroom window.
he climbed the drainpipe and got through the window easy.
he stood still until his eyes got used to the darkness.
then when his eyes were ok he walked onto the landing four doors stood on the landing.
he opened the first door and found a young woman asleep but next to her was a young man.
the young man was lying against the wall and the killer would have to reach over the girl to get to him, he would have to kill the young girl first.
he lifted his cleaver and brought it down on the young girl’s neck.
she moved and he missed badly.
she had turned her head just as the cleaver hit.
It had just nicked her neck.
the girl looked up and let out a scream.
he young man sat bolt upright when he heard the girl scream out in terror.
young man jumped up.
the girl was still screaming.
the killer lifted his cleaver again and brought it down towards the girls’ heads. The young man jumped into action.
he grabbed hold of the killer’s arm with the cleaver in it. With all his might the young man pushed the arm back.
the killer fell onto the bed.
the young man made a deadly mistake he jumped off the bed and was just going to hit the killer with his fist when the killer struck out with the cleaver.
It caught the young man on the front of his neck. the young man fell to the floor, his arms and legs kicking but he was dead.
the killer turned to the girl who was still screaming he lifted up his arm and snuffed the young girl’s life out with one blow.
It seemed to him that he had been doing his dirty work for hours but it had only taken about a minute. he thought to himself that he was becoming a professional killing machine.
the man in black bent down to put his finger in the young man's blood.
then he wrote on the bedroom wall.
you don't seem to be getting anywhere john do you well your boy is still ok at the moment so you had better hurry up because i'm close to the end of the puzzle

Chapter 1
Melway House Hospital for the Criminally Insane.
The door to the Hospital opened and Doctor M Bowman came out with a very tall man.
Doctor Bowman put out her hand and the other man took it then shook it and said. ‘Well thank you Doc for putting me on the right road, I would be still locked up if it was not for you.’
‘Yes Frank but for god sake don’t end up back here, because next time they won't let you out, now good bye and good luck you will need it after ten years in here.’
He had to walk only about fifty feet to the bus stop.
When he reached the bus stop he stopped and turned to wave at the Doctor.
When the Doctor had gone in the hospital he looked down at the newspaper that he had kept for a year.
The part of the paper he was interested in was for ads.
For rented accommodations.
He looked at the ad he had marked the year before.
He hoped that the rooms were still on the For Hire list.
He smiled and then took the paper from his pocket that the hospital had given him. He threw it to the ground he was not going to someplace that they could watch him.
When they had locked him up his father who was still alive at the time sold Frank’s business. Which was making a lot of money but when the public found out about Frank his father knew that the business would suffer so on the banks' advice he had sold the business and put the money into an account for Frank.
He had already decided to go to the bank the next day to draw all his money out.
He had enough money to book a bus to Newcastle upon Tyne.
When he arrived in the city he took another bus to his new address.
He contacted the landlord then took the keys to his new home.
When he had settled in he decided to go take a look at the old manor house that he had spotted out on the city’s edge.
This old manor house was going to play a big part in what he was about to start.
He took a bus out to get near to the manor house. He dismounted the bus about half a mile from the house so that no one not even the bus driver would know where he was going to put his prisoner.
When he left the bus he started to walk towards where the house was located. This took him a good twenty minutes.
Then he walked into the driveway of the house and to his delight it was still deserted and now it was overgrown with bushes and trees. He thought that this was even better than he had thought it would be.
He walked around the house to the back door. This door led directly into the old kitchen door was lying on the ground he rubbed his hands together and he was smiling.
If anyone had seen the look on his face they would know at once that this man was a man on the edge.
He then walked back to the bus stop and took a bus to his new home.
When he had settled in. He decided to take a walk around his neighborhood and get used to his new surroundings he needed things like food and cleaning supplies when he had two bags full to the brim he took them to his new home.
Then he walked back to the bus stop and he took a bus into the city center.
When he got off the bus he started walking to the police station that the two men for his arrest were now transferred to.
He arrived at the police station about five minutes later.
He just stood looking at the station until a young constable came from the building.
The young man came towards him when he drew level he stepped forward and said. ‘Excuse me but could you tell me if John Jewitt is still working at this station.’
‘Well yes he is and what’s more its Inspector Jewitt, can I help you in any way.’
‘Oh no it’s just old John and I go back a long way, no I’ll call on John when I have more time thank you very much.’
He started to walk until he came to a branch of his bank.
He walked into the bank and said to the tiller. ‘Could I speak to the manager please?’ The tiller said. ‘Can I ask what for sir?’
‘Well yes I want to make a withdrawal.’
‘You can make a withdrawal with me sir that’s what I’m here for.’
‘Yes but you don’t understand I want a very big withdrawal and I don’t think you would be aloud to handle the amount what I want.’
‘Very well sir just wait here a minute and I’ll just go get the manager.’
When the manager came.
Frank said ‘he wanted to withdraw all his accounts because he was going to live in America and he was going to take all his cash with him.’
The manager then said. ‘But we can transfer all your cash to a bank of your choice in America that would be no hard work for us, we would be glad to do it, if only for the memory of your mother, after all she was a client here for many years.’
‘Yes I know but I want
