Stalked through the streets

As my lecturer began packing away, I crammed my pens and textbooks into my rucksack.

‘See you later,’ I smiled, waving goodbye to my classmates.

Making my way through the Pontypridd campus, back to the house I shared with my five lovely housemates, I couldn’t stop grinning.

It was September 2020, I’d just returned to the University of South Wales for my final year.

And it was good to be back.

I was an IT student, loved my degree.

Dreamt of working in web development after I’d graduated.
