Life Plans! Discover The Step-By-Step Life Plans To Overcoming Information And Staying Organized - Brigitte Rohn
Introduction
We're glad you're here.
While we often take for granted the technology, we use every day and how it has affected the way we live and work, it's crucial to understand the full extent of its influence.
Our brains are suffering as a result of the continual information and stimulus we are exposed to nowadays. The demands imposed on us by our jobs, meantime, have only risen as a result of better productivity tools and more connections.
Technology hasn't been the only thing that has altered our way of life, however. There are more demands being made of us in other areas as well. The globe is now more populated, living expenses have increased, and our social roles have altered. Although it's a positive thing that more and more women are now working full-time, this has made it harder to raise and care for our children. Men's positions are also becoming more and more ambiguous, and the job market is more competitive than ever.
Don't misunderstand me; none of this is inherently terrible. The ability to speak with everyone in the globe, experience more equality than ever before, and have easier access to entertainment are all positive things. The economic outlook is rather less promising. Overall, however, things are excellent.
The issue? We're struggling to keep up with all of this change!
And burnout is the result.
Many of us find that the obligations put on us are just too much for us to bear. Burnout is being caused by the continual stimulation and information overload. And it seems to be difficult to know how to achieve our goals in life.
Simply said, our brains were not built to function well in these circumstances; they evolved in quite different contexts. The outcome is what we refer to as overwhelm.
That entails having an excessive amount of knowledge, pressure, tasks, and time. It's bad for our health because we end up anxious, worn out, and unorganized.
The Present Problem
Possibly you are acquainted with this:
Your alarm has gone off, jolting you awake first thing in the morning. You watch the news on your preferred gadget while brushing your teeth and getting ready for work in a hurry.
After preparing your family for school or work, you go on your own. You're running late because it took you 20 minutes to decide what to wear and where your keys were. Additionally, you wasted five minutes lying still on the sofa.
The next 10-90 minutes of the trip are dull and irritating, with irate other passengers, stifling carriages, and certainly a considerable amount of time spent playing Candy Crush. By the time you get to work, you are already tense, running late, and beginning to develop a headache from staring at a tiny screen in artificial lighting.
After drinking a strong coffee that makes you jittery, you check your inbox to find 10,000 emails (well, maybe an exaggeration, but you get the idea). To help you feel more on top
of your job, you establish certain goals for the day. However, after completing those goals, you spend the next 20 minutes watching cat videos on Facebook and
