About this ebook

There is an invisible pattern that practically few can see.

But if you look closely you will see that those who do succeed will be successful in relationships, in business, and at work.

They are generally good communicators, have a certain charisma and are able to stand out in social interactions.

Today my social skills have evolved incredibly! However, this was not always the case.

There were times I had to talk to women, and they would call me quiet, okay I was shy, but being shy isn't always about basic social interaction. Shyness is often a consequence of shame.

In summary, shame is a psychological condition and a form of religious, political, judicial and social control, consisting of ideas, emotional states, physiological states and a set of behaviors, induced by knowledge or awareness of dishonor, disgrace or condemnation.

On the other hand, therapist John Bradshaw conceptualizes shame as the "emotion that lets us know we are finite."

By the way, there is a very remarkable case for me, a great friend who trusted me, and was my mentor in a business follow-up, asked me to prospect a stranger.

However, I was already tired of not having the initiative, even putting myself to the test, I failed miserably!

My friend tried to force it and I still couldn't, there were other times it was repeated, until one day, the day the transformation started came.

The Wolf is a book that covers six social skills. Are they:

  • social coping skill
  • social skill of empathy
  • civility social skill
  • social communication skill
  • work social skill
  • positivity social skill

In addition, we cover topics such as the benefits and harms of being anti-social, mentality, charisma, etc.

Improve your friendliness;

Make your social interactions easier when flirting;

 Become a more empathetic person;

Increase your charisma as this is not a gift, it is a trainable skill;

Have better working relationships, human beings are rational, but they are also emotional;

Be more efficient when it comes to "networking", people will like you without knowing why.

Be a more influential leader, it's not enough to be, you have to appear to be;

Decrease social anxiety, it seems counterintuitive, but it is necessary to take micro actions to gain confidence in social interactions;

Become unforgettable!

A phrase I always repeat is that: "There is no knowledge in the world that can help you unless you put it into practice." We are sleeping giants!
