There are no classes on "how to improve memory" or "how to increase the production of certain hormones" at school. We need to have access to the techniques that humanity discovered when it comes to the mind and its incredible powers, as studying them will lead us to transform our lifestyles. Get this work and venture out knowing a part of what your brain can do.

Social Interaction: 6 Tips That Will Help You A Lot
––––––––
The act of interacting verbally or non-verbally may seem like a complicated task, but it is not. Discover 6 tips that will improve your social interaction.
Having difficulty interacting socially is a much more common problem than you think. Lack of practice, or simple ignorance, countless people sin when the subject is social interaction.
According to the great Wikipedia: In social sciences, social interaction refers to all the reciprocal actions between two or more individuals during which information is shared. Where two or more human beings are sharing verbal or non-verbal information, then we have social interaction.
Bothered by shyness or anxiety, for example, many feel uncomfortable interacting socially and end up failing (and even embarrassing).
We have separated some valuable tips below to interact better socially.
1. Don't Be Afraid of Eye Contact
For some, such a normal habit, for others, something frightening: looking in the eyes. Eye-to-eye contact may seem harmless, but it deeply and especially affects people who are shy or have feelings of inferiority.
Good social interaction involves eye contact, not excessive, but comfortable. The attentive look means mindfulness; therefore, those who tell something are interested in the idea that the other is attentive to what is being said.
The fear of blushing is another obstacle present in the lives of fugitives from eye contact. To overcome it, there is no other option but to raise self-esteem and reduce concern with what the other thinks.
2. Avoid Closed Subjects
One of the most boring things in a conversation circle is the parallel and restricted subject of some leaving aside the rest of those involved in the conversation.
Imagine a group of friends talking about politics when two of the friends start talking about a television program unknown to the majority. All the others end the matter, but the two remain talking as if the rest of the world does not exist.
Like it or not, the two different
ones will probably be classified as the boring wheel
if they continue with this unfortunate habit.
3. Don't try to be funny if you're not good at it
Remember the funny uncle
who makes the same jokes at the holidays, every year? Yeah, do you think he is good at interacting socially? We would say no.
Being a funny person is a characteristic that not everyone has. Some are already born with it, others acquire it, but others can achieve neither. If this is your case, don't push yourself; just accept the way you are.
There is not only the funny type of person, but there is also the intellectual type, the kind type, the kind type, the friendly type for all hours, the popular type, the modern type, and so on. Find your type instead of trying to be what you are not.4.
4. Respect the Other's
