    Introduction

    Are you wondering how a small book could assist you in finding your spiritual purpose? Is a book really able to guide you along as you transition and open up to your higher consciousness? Could this just be another book telling you what you SHOULD do without telling you HOW and not giving you practical steps you can start with today? Is it even possible to find answers to such important life questions between these pages? Afterall, what does the author know about you anyways to be able to help you find these personal answers?

    You are right, I do not know you personally (yet) and I want to tell you right from the start that I will not reveal your spiritual purpose to you because that is something each one of us needs to do on our own and is part of the journey and reason why we are here. What I am here to help you with is showing you HOW you can access your own inner guidance, your intuition and truly feel the connection with the Divine which you already have. We all have the ability to deepen our connection to the Divine and listen intuitively to our inner guidance. Once we remember how to open up to this connection we are in touch with all the answers we need at that given time. In other words, you don’t need me or anyone else to tell you what your spiritual purpose is and how to live your life. You have the answers deep within you. I know this might be something you have heard many times before but I am here to give you the practical steps and action plan of how to get there. That is right, it takes action on your part and it takes commitment. It is not done by simply reading this book. You need to be actively involved with daily exercises and start living your life consciously and with awareness. The success of how soon you feel this connection and find your answers depends on your commitment and doing your part. I am here to show you the steps, cheer you on and take you along this journey however far you want to walk.

    Hi, my name is Karin! I am a certified Spiritual Wellness Specialist, and a Meditation and Mindfulness instructor. I have always been a problem solver since childhood and rarely allowed myself to be in a victim role. This was not a conscious choice I made but was my way of dealing with challenges. This was my way of survival mode in difficult times. It gave me hope that there is an answer, a light at the end of the tunnel and somewhere to walk towards, away from situations I did not want to dwell in. Although this was very helpful in many ways, it did come with some side effects it seemed. As I grew older, I noticed that I always felt very impatient with people who were seeing themselves as victims in, what I viewed as, minor problems. I did not understand or like this part about myself. I have always been very compassionate about everyone and anything I have met in life. I deeply care for others, nature and the world and I naturally always felt a strong urge to assist and help others. Then why was I this impatient when it came to people who did not show the will or capability to do something about their misery? I saw this as my weakness and flaw until I discovered how my shadow is actually my strength. IF I can see my shadow in a new way, a way that can actually serve me and others and I can treat it with love and respect, I can be of better service because I can live and give my full self, just like Yin needs the Yang to be complete. Pushing my shadow aside and feeling ashamed of it would never get me to where I am today and live my spiritual life purpose.

    Chapter 1:

    LIFE IS A GIGANTIC PUZZLE WITHOUT A BOX

    As a natural problem solver since childhood, my specialty was to quickly find solutions for any of my problems. In fact, I even had solutions for potential threats that have not even occurred. I was the typical What if… thinker and before something could actually happen I already had several action plans ready that I could easily refer to when in need. This gave me a sense of safety in stormy times. The funny thing was that even in my early childhood I began to notice that it was not the action plans that gave me comfort. There was something else that spoke stronger to me than any plan I could come up with. Deep within me, I always felt a very calm and steady place of peace and comfort. A place of serenity amidst the biggest storms, right there in my heart. I knew it was always there but I only felt it when I was able to be still and quiet my mind. These were the moments I spent doing crafts by myself, walking in nature, collecting leaves from the forest floor, daydreaming in my room, sitting by the
