Ever since I was little, I always knew there was something different about the world around us. I could never fathom why we were put on this beautiful earth just to work for 40 years and live the rest of our life in debt when we 'retire'. This was a notion I had observed for a very long time. Never at one point, did I agree with it. As I grew up I spend many of my years imagining things, places I wanted to go, people to visit, things to do etc. I never at one point knew what I was doing, I just really liked to imagine for the fun of it. It wasn't until I was 25 that I knew what I was doing is actually what we are meant to do as a human race. Our time space reality as we know it isn't set in stone at all. An atom is 99% empty space... Wouldn't that make reality as we know it 99% imagination and 1% reality? For years I have always noticed something different about the world. I would study people who had different jobs, different lives and ultimately different perspectives. It always intrigued me how those who lived life with a positive mindset (not matter how 'hard' life seemed to be) always found themselves in abundance. The same with those who were constantly negative in their use of words and their constant complaining who were suffering. After doing thousands of hours of study on different fields such as quantum mechanics, psychology, law of attraction, law of expectation etc, I found all the answers to my questions. Finally, I found out how we, as humans, can literally do anything that we put our minds to. It ultimately boils down to the basic statement of; what you see in your minds eye, you can achieve on the physical plane. This is amazing information, that I really want to share with everyone. Unlike most Law of attraction type books, they only explain how it works. This book gives you an entire year of activities to get you into the right subconscious place to make your dreams come true! Through using these techniques daily, I have found inner peace. My life has never been to for filled with happiness, love, joy and bliss.

    You are so much more than just a physical mass. You are able to create the reality you want with every fibre of your being. If you are unhappy in a situation, change. Change your view. You are not stuck anywhere ever. You are not a tree.

    INTRODUCTION

    Wouldn’t it be lovely if there was someone who we could delegate jobs to? Someone who was always working around the clock to get your jobs done? Well there is. There is such thing, and it is called a Universal Manager. You don’t have to believe me. Just do a quick internet search and you will find enough articles to keep you busy for a lifetime.

    The easiest way to manifest anything is to imagine what you want (i.e. the outcome) and never ever worry about the how. As humans we have been conditioned to believe that we need to work out every single detail of every single event. STOP! It won’t serve you at all. Over the course of the next 12 months, you will learn little by little about how to create a reality that you love. This reality has nothing to do with everything you have leant about not being selfish. You my dear friend are the center of your Universe. Forget everything you have learnt about not being selfish. It is time. It is time to get what you want. After all; who are you living this life for? You? Or someone else?

    We are going to start small. Why? Because chances are you are not vibrationally (emotionally) ready. That’s ok. I wasn’t at one point either. Provided you have already read the notes at the front you should already know what I mean by vibrations. If not, go back and read it through again. Every phase for the year you are going to write a set of goals down. Start with things that don’t really matter; like looking for a pink flower, perhaps seeing or hearing from a certain person. Maybe you want a part time job?

    By starting small, we are keeping your faith in tact. Over the 12 months you will not even recognize yourself. You will be living in the reality that you choose for yourself every day. Thinking thoughts that you want to think and not the other way round. Some would call it magic, however I call it physics.

    PHASE 1: Days 1-28

    With a vast media industry constantly telling us to look like this, eat this, be that, it can be difficult some times to just be us. Each and every person is special and can offer something different to the world. Never underestimate yourself. If you are on this earth, you have a unique reason to be here.

    I would like to welcome you to your first few weeks of #BreakTheMould. I spent many months designing this diary, as I wanted to give you the absolute best! I want you to realise that you are a beautifully amazing human being. You are capable of achieving anything you desire. Follow these few steps; truly they take less time to do than drinking a cup of coffee.

    Every day for the first four weeks, you are going to write down 10 things that you absolutely love about yourself. They can be physical, intellectual, emotional etc. It truly doesn’t matter. All the matters is you and your relationship with you. At the beginning you may find
