By definition, burnout is the exhaustion of physical or emotional strength or motivation, usually as a result of prolonged stress. It occurs when a person feels overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to meet ongoing demands. Today burn out has become a new normal with one in three people reporting they feel depressed or anxious. The time has come for a revolution of thought and the need to hit the reset button. Welcome to The Reset Revolution. Like so many ambitious women, going through a divorce and hitting a personal rock bottom was not going to stop Loiuse Fowller's road to success. With an inbuilt determination, Louise's bounce back led her to build a highly successful online business. Over those years, Louise had always pushed through challenges in her life, and while she wasn't aware of this at the time, her body was on the silent and deadly road to burn out. The turning point became evident when her memory started to fail her, she would nervously shake, she could not perform basic tasks such as driving a car, and at the lowest point, she could not eat food. Her body had simply turned off. It was not until she found herself in treatment for burnout that Louise would discover a part of the body that would not only activate her healing journey but one that would also give birth to a brand new purpose in her life - Your Reset Revolution.
