Paula Ferguson
As I began to revisit my own personal testimonies, understanding the scripture that says, “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony…” (Revelation 12:11), I realized that I had suffered many hardships, disappointments, abuse, betrayals and neglect at the hands of my spiritual leaders and realized that Father God had ordained my pain for such a time as this to heal the wounds that are prevalent in the Body of Christ. Through nothing but THE UNADULTERATED WORD OF GOD , and spending intimate time with Father I continue to heal.

A NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR
Dear Reader:
I appreciate you purchasing this power-packed book and believe in my heart that God will use the words within these pages to heal your wounded spirit.
I decree that this book will encourage your fainting heart and lift your bowed head. Everyone has a story. It’s up to you to decide who gets to listen. Everyone has a sad song; choose wisely your key.
You will notice the last pages of this book are blank. As you read and see yourself or are reminded of an experience in your past, take time to write them down. I want you to do four things:
1. Make a list of every hurtful encounter you have experienced and can remember.
2. Reflect on how much you have survived.
3. Make a covenant between yourself and God that you will never allow these hurtful events to affect you ever again—signing it and dating it—this is a spiritual contract. (A written covenant is a sure covenant—Nehemiah 9:38.)
4. Scripture says in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your care upon him; for HE careth for you. As an act of casting away every hurt, disappointment, offense, and injustice, tear your list out and send them to me for one of my upcoming series:
So You Think . . . You’ve Been Hurt."
Those whose testimonials are used in the book will receive an autographed copy of the book. Send all correspondence to the following address:

FOREWORD
Our lives are filled with challenges and difficulties as we move from one stage of maturity to another. There are situations many will encounter that require relational accountability to facilitate getting over whatever human weakness may manifest as an outcome of incorrect organizational, immature leadership, and crossing moral boundaries.
Some years ago, there was a division of a large corporation in the news. The president of the division had tried many times to get leadership to take accountability and address significant issues yet was unsuccessful. The division’s president knew that if it was not dealt with, these problems would eventually break down the company.
As things continued to worsen, the division president leaked the issues to the press in an effort to put external pressure on and to force its company to deal with its problems.
The moral of this situation is there will be times when you will be required to escalate and put bad situations on the table, which may include sharing
