*for optimal results in PTSD/ anxiety recovery, you should always include your Doctors and licensed specialists in your wellness plan, and should not move forward with any changes prior to medical approval. It is recommended that you complete one section per week, with the virtual coaching video package. Practice, exercises, dietary, and supplemental changes may take 8-10 weeks of consistent, daily application to experience full benefit! Journaling should be continued daily for a minimum of 8 weeks after completion of this workshop. A journal, notebook, or voice recorder is highly recommended for self- assessments and notes.
Introduction
Welcome to Wellness! Congrats to you for taking this step in your journey! PTSD and severe anxiety are becoming an evermore present challenge in society and we need tangible, accessible methods for how to truly manage it effectively. For many of us, our challenges with PTS (post- traumatic stress) and anxiety require more than we have found in traditional modes and methods for treatment. We may find that we continue to struggle, even when we are committed to therapy and even medication. When we feel like we are fighting a losing battle is when the weight becomes too much to bear. I know that feeling all too well. I created this program to provide accessible, whole health coaching to keep people from having to suffer the way I did.
In this intensive workshop, we will take a precisely designed, step- by- step guide for producing results that are real and measurable, regardless of where you are in your personal healing journey.. I have taken my unique educational focus in Applied Psychology, Biology, Quantum Physics, CBT, NLP, EFT, Nutrition, and Meditation Guidance, along with my own painful and debilitating journey through PTSD to create an innovative way for people to navigate their own healing journey.
