25 Days to Living Your Happiness
is the conscious application of simple Laws that are universal. Readers become participants in a self-motivated course of improvement and joyous living. I find this book to be in accordance with the Divine Plan of Creation, meaning that it is wholly constructive in its approach; introduces the individual to their unlimited power and potential; takes the individual beyond the daily routines of labor and turmoil; and gives each active participant tools that will bring them more permanent happiness, productivity, and overall success.
Each moment of life is an opportunity to create Perfection. 25 Days to Living Your Happiness
helps to make those opportunities evident. That which is real does not change. What the reader gains through this book are applications of Universal Laws that have everlasting effects.
For those seeking their True Purpose in Life, this program is a path that leads to the ‘causeless cause.’ Participants will begin to live and give for the shear joy of it. INTRODUCTION
Everyone wants to be happier. Some people look for happiness in external things. The more possessions they attain, the more happiness they perceive. There is a bumper sticker that reads: The one who dies with the most toys wins.
I’m not sure if that statement is true. However, everyone is entitled to their own perspective. For me, happiness is not related to external, material things. I believe happiness comes from within, and only from within. There are many people who earn a lot of money and have many possessions, yet, they are not happy. Something is missing in their lives. Something from within their soul, heart and mind is missing that keeps them from being happy.
What if you could deliberately project your energy on a daily basis and invite people and happenings in favor of your happiness? Would you commit yourself to doing what was required? This book is written to help you connect with your inner self and find, practice, and live more happiness.
After eight years of research with training participants and reflections on my own human experiences I’ve reached a few conclusions. First, it appears that a person’s ego based in fear, doubt and worry are great contributors to unhappiness. Second, it appears that happiness is a concept related to the abstract world of spirituality. Third, contrasting values, beliefs and attitudes of a negative ego (fear) and a positive spirit (love) carry certain energies that will manifest in physical form, eventually. Fourth, there are concrete ways to move toward development of your soul or higher self
on a daily basis. These conclusions are outlined throughout the book.
This book offers a brief discussion on how ego and spirit can show up in everyday interactions through attitudes, feelings, and behaviors. This introduction is a foundation to clarify the concepts and how they may apply in your life. The remainder of the book offers you daily reading and exercises to focus your attention, energy, and points of attraction
in the spiritual direction. The love energies of spirit outlined in this book are ordered in a progressive manner from lowest to highest. By being aware of these energies and the progressive scale, you can change attitudes and behaviors to create greater happiness.
