    INTRODUCTION

    Wow, that mom looks tired.

    And then it hit me. I was that mom years ago! I was that mom who woke up even before the sun rose, getting ready to prepare everything for the family. I was that mom who had her hair tied up in a messy bun all the time - walking with a newborn tucked close to her chest in a sling, cruising through the neighborhood pushing a stroller with a two-year-old inside and a four-year-old next to her, his hand holding onto her shirt. There were days when I would release a huge sigh of relief whenever those three little monkeys went to bed extra early - even if it was only 15 minutes earlier than their usual bedtime.

    But that is history. My three sons are now in their stinky teenage years - meaning they can do things by themselves. I no longer sit by the bathtub, waiting for them to finish playing
