When you know how to deal with your mind, it will stop attacking you and start working for you. With your mind working for you, you create your reality and determine how you want to experience this lifetime!

    Through the study and practice of Yoga, you align your life energies with all of existence and are able to tap into higher frequencies of reality and intelligence. While you move your body through the Yoga Asana, you create space and expand. From this place of openness, you start to unravel your thinking patterns, the stories your mind has been telling you, and your perception of yourself and your life.

    As your awareness is raised through the practice of Yoga, so will your ability to tune into and deeply connect with your true Self and all other life forms on earth and beyond. If you invite the science of Yoga into your life and open up fearlessly to all possibilities, you will leave your human struggles with I-ness behind and live your life as a blissful experience of One-ness.
