“Wisdom tells me I am nothing. Love tells me I am everything. And between the two my life flows,” is one of the core teachings of Nisargadatta Maharaj, an Indian guru of nondualism. When I first heard this quote, it hit me right in the heart. It wedged itself into that deep centre of truth, and since that moment I’ve been trying to understand it.

In my while simultaneously trying to understand that I am a separate thing. It’s a lot for my mind to grasp; however, the philosophical and spiritual perspective of nondualism is helping to make sense of it.
