About this ebook

Life brings us joy and pain, along with a lot of other emotions. A great way to release and show our emotions is to put our thoughts on paper or computer. The human mind can only think so much before it needs healing and rest. I hope and pray that as we go through life, we get out of ourselves feelings that are staying inside of us. We will more clearly see what is inside of us. At the same time, the world needs to hear what we have to say. As we express ourselves in the written word, we feel a healthy release that makes our lives journeys more enjoyable. Please keep writing! Writing is an action of being true to thy self.
