What is Puberty?

uberty is a period in your life when your body undergoes many changes as you transition from a kid to a teenager and, ultimately, an adult.
Although puberty does not occur at the same time for everyone, it typically begins between the ages of 9 and 14 for males. It also does not occur overnight. It is a lengthy procedure that takes years to complete.
Here's how your body works to help you understand:
Hormones are natural substances produced by your body, regulate puberty. Hormones that are essential in puberty for males are produced in the brain and the testicles.
Brain hormones move through your body to your testicles, instructing your body to begin producing sperm and another hormone known as testosterone.
The majority of the changes that occur in your body throughout puberty are caused by testosterone.
What exactly is puberty?
Puberty is the phase of growth and development during which both boys and girls acquire adult physical characteristics such as breasts and facial hair, as well as the ability to reproduce (create babies). Puberty occurs in young boys between the ages of 10 and 14, but it may occur sooner or later.
