Introduction
Congratulations. You've made the first step towards developing the skills of ejaculation control and enjoying great, long-lasting sex. I'll be doing my best to help you and guide you along the way, and I hope to give you the skills, techniques, and attitude to be successful.
Most guys with premature ejaculation don't even make it this far. So credit yourself for taking active steps towards enjoyable sex for both you and your partner.
I'm sure I don't have to tell you how frustrating premature ejaculation can be. I'm sure you know only too well. I could tell you countless stories I've heard about how premature ejaculation sucks, and I'm sure you certainly could do the same, but that's not what we're here for.
The past is the past, and we're not here to worry about it. We're here to beat premature ejaculation.
Many will say that there is no cure for premature ejaculation. Well, I'm going to come straight out and say that that is 100% wrong.
I know this for the fact that all men can develop ejaculatory control. I have seen thousands of men eliminate premature ejaculation for good, and here I'll show you how to beat premature ejaculation too.
Before we get into it, I'd like to explain what this program isn't about briefly.
What This Program Is Not
It's not a stop-and-start program. Most other programs out today use this method. It is all about getting the man to recognize when he is approaching orgasm so that he can slow down or stop until the feeling subsides. Then he can resume again and continue until the urge to orgasm returns. This is not my idea of a cure. This is not my idea of how sex should be, and I'm sure that if you asked your partner about this, it would not be her idea either.
This is not the squeeze technique! As if the stop and start weren't bad enough, then they came out with the squeeze technique. Although we will be focusing on the same muscles that Kegel exercises focus on, we will be learning the secret of how to control these muscles by keeping them relaxed. Kegel’s are all about contracting these muscles to strengthen them, supposedly. Let me tell you right now. You don't need to be contracting these muscles. The problem is that these muscles are contracted too much. This program will be showing you many ways to control these muscles by giving you the ability to relax them when you choose.
OK. So now you know that what this guide isn't about.
So why is this program different?
There are so many guides and books out on PE. So why is this book any different? Well, the short answer is because it works. It has helped thousands of men successfully treat PE. Some of them suffered premature ejaculation so severely that nine times out of 10, they would ejaculate on or even before penetration.
