Nadia Kovac

Nadia Kovac is a dreamer with a passion for health and wellness, which has led her on a journey inward. While she has had many titles in her life, none compare to her most all-consuming role of becoming a mother. After her fourth son was born she was struggling with feelings of disconnect. On the surface she was happy, having a supportive husband and healthy children; but underneath she was hiding feelings of being overwhelmed in a life she had no control over. After developing a regular meditation practice, she discovered that the stillness, which connected her to life, was hidden underneath her very busy mind. She wondered what the world would be like if we all had an awareness of this connection all along. Inspired by her own journey, she became certified as a mindfulness teacher. Her intention is to connect children to their inner stillness, planting the seeds for a more compassionate future.
