And as we reflect on life, its creation is forever baffling, wondrous, and miraculousas in the birth and life of a human being. Therefore, the result is a reflection of life.

Avis Simmonds

Mrs. Simmonds authored three poetry books – Words on Wings, Words from the Writer’s Pen and Read with Me. She has a fourth book: I Will Sing- Book of Prose. She also compiles quotes, one is, “Teach Me and I Will Learn; Show Me the World and I Will Understand My Fellowmen.” Mrs. Simmonds is also an international traveler, having traveled to Nigeria, South Africa, Hong Kong, Canada, Israel and several countries in Europe. Her hobbies are cooking, reading and she is an ardent butterfly collector.
