Kim Marie Mahfood

Kim Marie Mahfood was born on the island of Kingston, Jamaica, and moved to Lighthouse Point, Florida, at the age of eight. She presently lives in Boca Raton, Florida. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and received her master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She has worked in various fields, including mental health counseling, the export and import business, public relations and marketing, and now works with a nonprofit helping the poor throughout the Caribbean and Latin America. Her life has been rich with international travel and amazing family and friends.
